“Excellent location with typical Pullman high standards”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

Located out of the city centre away from the bustle yet within very short walk from major metro station Gare Montparnasse less than 10 mins to city centre. The hotel rooms are of high quality and value with one of the most comfortable beds anywhere in the world. Food and beverage choice and quality is excellent. Lots of cafe restaurants within 15 minute walk.

Wonderful hotel. Large room, large bathroom.Quiet & comfortable. Great location, near shopping, dining and train & subway stations. Our room was on the 20th floor and which had fantastic views of the city. Breakfast was just okay, but there are plenty of cafes and patisseries near by to make up for that!

When the hotel choose to have a buffet, and they choose that the waiter shall bring you the coffee, why on earth dó they not provide enough waiters so the guests dó not have to wait for ages before the coffee shows up?
Every morning we were waiting for that coffee, one morning I asked the same waiter three (3) times for coffee. Why not change it into self- service? All the food is self- service, so why not the coffee?
Beside this there is nothing special about this hotel. It has a nice location, but they charge you for WiFi which I hate. Why not also charge for hot water and toilet- paper?

We stayed here for three nights on our visit to Paris. The rooms were very well furnished and the hotel was in a great location. It was close to the Montparnasse subway station, so getting to and from attractions wasn't too difficult. The hotel is also located next to some great restaurants like the jazz club right next door. The staff were friendly and helped out a lot. The hotel is spotless, and the main lobby is beautiful. If I come to Paris again, this is where I would stay.

If you're looking for a charming small Parisian hotel, this isn't it. But this hotel is very convenient to the Montparnasse train and metro stations making it easy to get around Paris.

Had a room with a king-sized, very comfortable bed. The room is done in neutral tones with several splashes of color. The room was quiet and well maintained. My husband and I both found the small step up to the bathroom problematic as we kept tripping on it. I ended up putting a washcloth over the middle of the step to remind us that it was there. Also, I was disappointed that there wasn't free Internet in either the room or the lobby.

The breakfast buffet had an average number of offerings such as eggs, deli meats/cheese, bacon, sausage, pastries/breads, and fruit. The waiter did a nice job of keeping the hot coffee coming. One word of advice: If you arrive at breakfast upon opening (6:30am) there might be a crowd waiting to get in. This happened to us on a Sunday morning when we had to eat early to catch our shuttle to the airport. There must have been at least 100 people who poured through the doors, us included, when the breakfast room opened up.

If you are part of a tour group, as we were, there are several large and comfortable sections of the lobby that your group can meet up in. Several tour groups have desks with signs in the lobby.

We would stay here again.

This hotel has a excellent location just in front of the train station and subway. It is a 5 star hotel with excellent accomodations and very clean. The staff is very friendly and and helpful. For Paris standards the price was reasonable.

I stayed for six nights in this hotel on business. I chose it because it had a large lobby, resturants and coffee-shops attached to it. This was a good decision because it allowed me to work out of the lobby and arrange some meetings at the hotel too.

At first I was given a room that shares the walls with the lifts and so there was constant noise coming from the lifts movements up and down. I complained and they moved me to the room with a view toward the famous cemetery. The room was small but ok.

Breakfast was good but very busy.

The hotel ambiance is one of many groups staying together, including airline hostesses. It is really a business hotel.

The staff are helpful but not necessarily very friendly. Note I am writing this review keeping in mind Parisian standards, which tend to be low in comparison with other countries.
