The pros: near the Metro station (3-5 minute walk) and the main shopping areas (5-10 minute walk depending on which area you're heading to). Free Wi-Fi, open bar in the room and in the lobby from 1-830pm. Our rate came with a decent buffet breakfast spread. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The cons: rooms are very small and the street noise will wake you up. The cleaning staff didn't really do a thorough job.

I was recently attending a conference in Paris. Needed a place close to the conference venue on Ave de Friedland (Or close to the Arc de Triomphe). There were so many good reviews on this hotel for price I decided to give it a try. All I can say is I concur with the many good reviews. The hotel staff is VERY pleasant and accommodating. After my very long trip from the US they were kind enough to even get my room readied earlier than the regular check-in time. I was presenting at the conference in three hours of reaching the hotel. So it was very nice to freshen up in my room! The room was clean, and functional. Might be a little tight if you are used to the expanse of some US based hotel or travelling with too much baggage. The big french windows are a delight and opens up the room. The breakfast room downstairs was filled with nice welcoming people. Breakfast was also decently priced and served until 10.30!! Free WiFi (and at a really good speed) is great for Business travel. And not to miss -- they even supply an umbrella --- for those rainy Spring days in Paris. One slight deterrent for travelers that like a quiet night sleep. Since it is on a busy street you have to keep the windows closed... not a problem for me. Best of all there is a Starbucks across the street and an Office depot within walking distance. The Italian restaurant right outside the hotel has pretty decent pizza, too. All in all a great stay.

Room Tip: Need quiet take a room on the higher floors.

Location: Nice and convenient and just 10 mins leisure walk to Champs Élysées. Metro is steps away (same line as to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette). Lots of restaurant to chose from around the neighborhood.

Staff: Excellent and extremely helpful. Always smiling and courteous.

Room: Remodeled to modern standards with designer flare. The ceilings must be at least 15 feet high! The showers are strong and makes a nice way to sooth a whole day shopping/walking in Paris.

I recently stayed at Hotel 123 with a colleague for a business trip to Paris. The hotel is very beautiful and was very close to where we needed to be,
Our room was on the top floor and was beautifully decorated. There was even a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower!
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend the hotel and would most definitely use it again.

The hotel location is ideal, a few minutes away from Les Champs-Elysees, there’s several metro station nearby and it’s located on Faubourg St Honore famous for its luxury shopping, all the designer shops are within walking distance.

I found the staff to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I was pleased to see they had a travel adapter to give me when I realized I had forgotten mine, they had umbrellas available when it started raining and I had several deliveries from my shopping spree made to my room, all of which was handled well and always with a smile.

It remains a boutique hotel and shows in some area, the lift is small and slow, it also apparently stops on the 4th floor so if you have limited mobility you should inform the staff in advance. The room are nothing spectacular and rather small, however mine was clean with a design of good taste and the bathroom was rather spacious, the bed was comfortable even though the pillow were of poor quality, I always prefer soft feather pillow as oppose to the “cheap” synthetic ones but this is really of personal preference. Soft drinks were free of charge which is a really nice touch, also they offer free wifi and connection was pretty good to my room.

The breakfast was everything I could ask for from an hotel breakfast, food was fresh and of good quality with a nice selection. If you’re looking for a simple hotel that won’t break the bank combined with an ideal location, you should really consider staying there.

Overall, I would come again and recommend this place to friends & others.

Wow what a hotel, great size rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, very well located for metro, Champs Elysees, Louvre etc etc, free wifi. Breakfast was great with a varied choice of hot and cold food also between 1pm and 8pm there are free soft drinks and pastries. We had a wonderful 3 night stay here this week and would definately recommend this hotel. So for us no more trawling the net looking at hundreds of Paris hotels to stay at as the 123 will be the place for us every time we visit Paris. Thank you to all the team for making our stay really special.
