Owner description: Stand Up Comedy Show in French by an American! What is it like to live in France after the taste of cheese has become bland, when you don't have time to visit the Louvre, when you start to actually understand what the French are saying ? Influenced by Woody Allen, Jerry Seinfeld and Louis CK, Sebastian has decided to share his expat experiences in an comedy show which is so funny that even the French find it "not bad". Girls, work, terrorism... Living the French Dream is not always as smooth and creamy as foie gras.

If you've just arrived in Paris or are about to leave to greener pastures, you should make the effort to attend this comedy show while you're in France. The venue is quirky and a little hard to find, but you will be rewarded with a good hour of comedy that will cover everything from taking the paris metro to the way french people speak. If you've spent any time in France - you will be able to relate to this show. The viewpoint is american of course, but this works in favour of the material, and he doesn't spare his own kind from derision either- it's all done in good spirit. To cover the more practical aspects of the show, you can turn up at the door or buy tickets in advance, but there aren't many seats so it's best to book before you go - the price is unbeatable, 10 euros and you get a free drink included. Seating is comfortable and the show is english (which is rare in France). Make the effort to climb the 4 flights of rickety stairs and you will be rewarded with one of Paris' best comedy shows for a really unbeatable price.

If you are looking for fun and inexpensive entertainment, go to this show. Sebastian was hilarious! We enjoyed the show and for 10 euros which included a drink, not a bad price at all especially being in Paris. The venue is a little bit hard to find and you get a cardio workout getting to the show by walking up a lot of stairs but the show is definitely worth it!

Sebastian's show is fantastic. Great comedy cleverly balancing for all audience members to appreciate.

The following open mic was also brilliant, with some talented, professional comedians lighting up the stage each in their own way.

A brilliant, relaxed venue, great people and a free drink. Extremely good value for money.

A must for ANY English-speaker in Paris with a good sense of humour.

I recently moved to Paris, and I am a big stand-up fan. I wasn't sure what the english-speaking comedy scene would be like in Paris, but I was really happy to find Sebastian's show. Sebastian's show was hilarious - just as good as any I've seen in the US! If you are looking for a really fun night, whether a local, tourist, or recent ex-pat, I would highly recommend the show.

Pretty funny! I am an American new to Paris and I definitely enjoyed/understood the material! He worked the crowd well beforehand, taking advantage of the small space. Really animated and engaging! Definitely recommend!
