My wife and I travelled to Paris in July 2009. We booked our trip through europtours.com.
Our primary goal was to see the last day of the Tour de France, which we achieved with ease in part to Reda's suggestion on when to head out and where to stay.
Reda was fantastic, always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though our stay was only 4 nights, we bothered him daily with questions.
Our room was small, but, it suited our needs as we spent very little time in it. Always clean, beds made, and items replaced as needed. I took a few pictures, they didn't come out very well - I need to buy a newer camera with image stabilization... The breakfast was great! Breads, yogurts, juices etc.. It was perfect for what we needed.
The staff were always pleasant and all we encountered spoke English.
The location of the hotel was convenient, a <5 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and close to all the high end shopping one could want, I am not a shopper.
I highly reccomend this hotel, the price for what you get is well worth it.

The staff at the Ceramic are - as they say in French - "très sympa". These guys are simply awesome. I've been there twice. Once on business and once with my wife and each experience has been outstanding. The staff speak multiple languages and have been most helpful at all times.

When I stayed for business and their internet connect was down they went out and purchased internet access for us and simply gave it to us. Where else does that happen?

I (we) will absolutely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, for 3 nights in January. The staff were all very friendly and even helped us learn more French when we asked for anything from them.
Breakfast was nice, you are given fresh breads/croissants then help yourself to fruits, cereals and yoghurt.
The location is amazing, we were on the 7th floor and (if you leant out of the window) you could see the arc de triomphe. There are loads of lovely restaurants in the near by area and there is a metro stop at either end of the street.
All in all, a lovely hotel, ideal for a city break in Paris.

The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe, on a nice, lively street peppered with restaurants.

The hotel I found to be average. Just a basic room, nothing flash, it just does the job if you intend to spend most of your time outside the hotel.

Internet was not free, you had to pay for it.

Staff were nice and friendly, but this was the only hotel out of the eight that I stayed in Paris where they expected me to pay on arrival.

We booked this hotel based on a recommendation of our travel agent and the internet reviews (we ended up booking online because the hotel offered us a much better rate directly than we were able to get through our agent). The hotel is 2 blocks from the Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro stop by the Arc de Triumphe. It is one of the rare hotels in Paris that has quad rooms. Our room was small, but enough for four twin beds and a desk. Rooms were clean. Breakfast is included, which was a plus as Paris is very expensive to eat in with two teenagers. Reda at the front desk was great. he was upbeat, spoke perfect English and was very helpful about everything. Wagram is a relatively quiet street although it is close to the Champs Elysees. We paid 200 euros per nite, which is probably the best value in Paris. I would recommend this place to anyone and would not hesitant to stay there again.

Excellent central location, reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in the area. Although the rooms are very small, strangely our room had a bleach like smell, and the decor was very old in need of an update. Wouldnt allow an iron into the room, had to go downstairs to iron clothes. Certain reception staff very helpful, others were not. If location is important and you do not think you will stay in the room much, then this is a decent hotel. However if you want a large room & better value for money, then staying slightly further away from the central tourist areas is advisable, as the metro & RER trains allow for easy travelling.
