One of Rick Steve's recommendations. Very well located within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Arc de Triomphe, and close to Rue Cler ( a charming pedestrian -only street of shops and markets). We had a triple room, very clean, well laid-out, nice bath. Can't comment on the value, as we were there on Bastille Day weekend, and we paid 279 Euros per night.

The hotel breakfast was priced at 15 Euros. We opted to eat at a local shop, for less than half and much more atmosphere. Didn't get to the Creperie on Rue Cler, as intended, because DH wants more than a lovely crepe for breakfast. :-(

very nice hotel, close to all the main sites, the rooms were a little small, but it is Paris, a great weekend.

We had room 63 adjacent to the lift and did hear the lift in the evenings and early mornings. Clean and fresh and well equipped rooms. The day time receptionist was very efficient and explained matters fully on check in and gave us a map with suggested places to visit which we found very usefull. The water pressure was very low requiring one to plan well ahead when wanting to run a bath. Maintenance was being done during our stay and hopefully the water pressure will be addressed. Close to bus routes and the metro. We got from the hotel to Gare du Nord to catch the Eurostar in 30 minutes by underground.15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was considered too expensive. There are many cafes and restaurants in close proximity which offer good value, especially the set menu offers. Will stay there again.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms adjacent to the lift if possible.

For £150 a night I wouldn't expect to have to have a mobile air conditioning unit in my room which caused the door to be open 24/7. This made it hard to sleep with the traffic and rain noise outside. There was no notice of this on the website when I booked it. Hotel told me there was nothing the could do. Very unimpressed and won't be staying again!!!

If you don't mind walking a bit this is the place for you. You have 2 metro stops to choose from and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in 15 minutes. The rooms are terribly small and cramped. The hotel is old and needs updating. The breakfast is outrageously priced for what they serve. You are better off going to one of the cafes nearby for a much heartier and cheaper breakfast. As with most hotels in Paris it is way over priced for what you get. If is in a safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes nearby and a great Indian restaurant around the corner.

Room Tip: The suite room is only suitable for a family with small children or parents with one child or teenag...

Excellent hotel (although actually a bed and breakfast) and excellent location. Really close to Eiffel Tower and walking distance to all other sight seeing musts.

The staff were fantastic. Greeted with a smile, provided with a map with hotel highlighted and also provided with very helpful information on how to get places, such as using the metro. Breakfast and the lady who singlehandedly ran it were also faultless.

The lift was small and could have been decorated a lot better, but in the grand scheme of things, it was the only fault I can think of.

Perhaps was a little over priced for what it was, but at the end of the day, with the location, staff and the fact it having Paris, the price was kind of justified.

Would definately return, without hesitation.
