Stayed here for four nights and found this hotel to have good location and really friendly staff. Bedroom is usual small Parisian size but bed very comfortable. WiFi was good and encountered no problems. Breakfast was 18 euro and was worth it as it had options of hot and cold food. Overall as good as you might get in Paris.

We used IHG points. IHG does minimum for its faithful customers than any of the international chains. When you use points, you cannot bloom any of t he package offerings (room plus parking or room plus breakfast) plus you will always get the lowest class room with no chance of the upgrade, even for Platinum plus ambassador. They make s big deal out of points until you use them. Our room literally had 12 inches surrounding the bed. When walking to the bathroom, my wife had to get on the bed and pull feet up so I could pass. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good and 3 minutes to metro. Breakfast substantially overpriced and if you want a cup of coffee, you will part with 5 euros. But 4 reasonable breakfast options nearby. Particularly glad I did not pay real money. This is not the first time i have found IHG not honoring its Platinum Ambassador members.

Dear Sir,
We would like to thank you for taking time to bring comments to our hotel. We would have been even happier to hear that from you when you was at the hotel.
We are happy to see that you enjoyed our location as well as the staff, they are always available to help in anytime.
Located in the heart of Paris and close to the Champs Elysées, the rooms are in the Parisian standard regarding the size, and prices are not overpriced, be ensure that other hotels can charge 25euros for a breakfast or 10 euros for a coffee.
As well as your are mentionning your points, the hotel is not responsible for creating package or giving points to our loyal guests. This is something you should mention to the Rewards Club.
At our level, we are treating our guests all equal and we are doing our best for it.
We feel sorry to hear that even with a wonderful staff and great location, you were able to give only a 2/5, which is a bad rating.
Best Regards
The Manager

We stayed for 2 nights, 23rd to 25th February. First impressions were good, clean reception area and very welcoming receptionist.
The hotel is a small boutique style, what you would expect from a property in Paris.
We had booked the Executive King room which had a lovely french door style window in the bedroom area and the en suite. It was plenty big enough for what we needed. Room was clean with small mini bar (quite pricey), tea and coffee making facilities and safe. We personally didn’t have any issues with the free WiFi.
Breakfast had a good selection including a small area with a few cooked items, fruit, cereals, breads and pastries.
All staff that we interacted with were very friendly but I must stay the hospitality we received from Steeve was second to none. He is an asset to this hotel, nothing was too much trouble at all. He even gave me his phone to choose some music to listen to through the speakers in the bar whilst we were having a drink!
The location was good, about 15 mins walk from the Champs-Elysées. Would recommend the Big Bus tour to see the sights it’s hop on hop off. You can buy tickets for this at the hotel reception.
I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Paris again!

This was a good option for a brief business trip, with easy access to the metro and walking distance to good eats, shopping, and other tourist areas. The lobby is nice and the staff are very pleasant. Rooms are small, which is not surprising, so this would not be ideal if you will be spending a lot of time in your room. Breakfast is expensive, but there are great bakery and cafe options just down the street.

Dear Aviationtraveler1,
We are really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the Hotel Holiday Inn Elysées.
For sure, the location is quite good, metro is next to, we have good restaurants around.
As for the room, the standard room is at the Parisian standard, but we are always happy to show some other rooms like King-Size rooms or Executive rooms which are bigger.
We do offer different possibilities of breakfast, if you don't want to go for a full buffet & if you prefer just coffee & pastries to grab. We also offer for free a tea time every day from 11am to 3pm.
Very best regards

Overall had a great stay at the Hotel and would stay again

Pros:
- Very Helpful/friendly staff
- Location was perfect... Close to a metro station and tourist attractions (Even had a little shop outside open until 2AM)
- Bed was comfy and the room was cleaned well
- Complimentary Tea Time (Croissants/Tea/Coffee) from 11AM-3PM

Cons:
- Near a busy road, and at times with the police sirens it was noisy but overall bearable
- Room was very small. Not much space to move around and for luggage... Would be problematic for longer stays
- Wifi was terrible. Could just about stream Netflix and sometimes would take 5 minutes plus to load a video
- Air Con was broken in our room... Was not a major problem during the time of stay

Overall would rate 3.5 stars and would stay again. But be aware of the issues outlined above.

Date of stay: October 2018

Dear Abi A,
Thank you for your review, even if we would have prefered discussing with you directly at check-out. Our staff is always available to listen, take actions or reply to your interrogations.
For instance, we could have told you that Air Con is not broken but as every hotel in Paris, we do have a reversible system : air-con in summer, heating in winter (important as it was almost 2-3°C outside during your stay).
Also we are 250 meters away from Palais de L'Elysée, the president palace, so policemen are always around with sirens, but it makes our hotel a safe and secured place to stay.
Thank you for your rating about our free tea time, the comfort of our rooms and the location, which are good assets of our hotel.
Looking forward to welcoming you soon,
Regards
