“Perfect for a Parisian Stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2013

A lot of people reviewed that the nearest metro stop was a long walk.. it was about 100m. Periere, on the green line 3. Which was easy to get to and absolutely no hassle, navigating to all the main attractions (if you prepare and take a good metro map from the internet) you should have no issue.

The cafes and restaurants near the nearest metro stop were welcoming and at a good price, and had a lovely atmosphere, so there is plenty of choice with in walking distance if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

The room itself was very quaint but slightly worn and tired, however it had more personality that went with the area, opposed to a holiday-inn-type hotel. The room was clean and was serviced to a high standard everyday, the reception staff were friendly and did as much as possible to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Especially Ridley, he was very helpful with his local knowledge. Not to mention that most the staff could speak English which was very relieving.
We originally booked with their sister hotel, but on arrival said there was a problem with our room and transferred us by taxi to this hotel, which if I am honest am glad about, because the location was great (the bakery just down the street is to die for)

I would recommend this hotel as it has a great location and is great for a nice break away when exploring the city.

Room Tip: The corner rooms seemed to have more widows.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was close enough to walk to main attractions of Paris but located far enough away in a quiet section of Paris. Just a 5 minute walk to the Pierre metro stop for those who don't enjoy walking as much as I do and within a few minutes you were in the heart of Paris. The rooms in the hotel were nice and large and were extremely clean. Breakfast was included in our plan and it was excellent with a nice variety of foods. There were several nice restaurants located close to this hotel. Also, a great little grocery store was just across the street. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in Paris.

We are a couple from Australia and really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean with a warm ambience and well located near the arc de triumphe. The room was comfortable and smallish but plenty of room for a short stay. The staff were all obliging and we particularly enjoyed Bruno for his amazing depth of local and broad knowledge. his endless answers to all my questions and effortless service was the true highlight of our stay. sometimes the memories of a person can really make the stay more enjoyable. The downside was the appalling internet service -hopefully this may have been rectified. Overall a very pleasant stay

Overall hotel was ok and service was fine. Rooms are small but the bed is big and comfy. The shower had very low stream. Breakfast was highly overcharged so I haven't used it.
Hotel location is also not great. While it is only 20 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee, it is 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and the line passing there is not very useful. So we ended up spending lots of time on traveling every day.
I was on a business trip so internet was important to me. They charged very high on the internet and it was very slow and didn't work most of the time. When I complained they referred me to the technical support which wasn't very helpful.

We both had a lovely stay in this hotel, it is about a 15 minute walk from the arch de triomphe and 5 mins from a metro station
The rooms were clean and tidy and very pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful, I cannot comment on food as we were out most days sightseeing
I think that most people would not be disappointed in this hotel, it is in a quiet street but there are lovely resterants and cafes close and also a little supermarket over the road, very useful if you forget some essentials!
If you require somewhere in a very busy location this may not be for you, but after the hustle and bustle of the city and sightseeing, this is a great place to go back too

Stayed here for business. When I arrived I was upgraded and reception were very helpful and welcoming. It took me about 15 mins to walk to Arc de Triomphe and there are lots of great bars, cages, shops and restaurants en route. Just as well as the bar in the hotel is tiny and in reception. That's the only negative for a woman travelling alone, but most people don't travel to sit in a hotel. Would definitely use the hotel again.
