Ate here late one night. Food was really nice, fresh and tasty. My wife liked the waiters!! Although it was near the tourist areas it wasn't a tourist trap as most customers were French.

Very popular place under the trees in Paris centre.

Food from south of France, with many specialities. Try the charcuterie and hams, and the sausages. We also had the entrecote with fries.

Fresh and perfect suiting red wine of the house.

A bit expensive but you eat like a king!

The staff has plenty of customers so you might don't get immediately the menue or get to order quickly, don't be on a rush.

Quartier Latin, near the Seine river and Notre Dame. If you're hungry and like basque food, there's this place to go to! Very friendly, young (and beautiful, I might add) staff. The Foie Gras was just perfect, as where the Escargots. Some small inefficiencies in the service were noticed, but it just adds to the charme of this place!

Ate here with family. It's very close to isle de la cite which inevitably makes ths tourist oriented. It is Basque style cuisine. The service was very friendly. The food was average but desserts better than expected. If you must eat near notre Dame and you enjoy heavy meat dishes you may enjoy.

My husband and I stumbled upon Beaurepaire after watching the sunset near Notre Dame on Pont St. Louis. The twinkling lights on the restaurant looked romantic and whimsical, and there was quite a crowd sitting at the tables outside, so we decided to take a chance and pop in for dinner. We were promptly seated and kindly attended to, although the server seemed a bit over worked.

But the meal we ordered was of low quality, and we paid the bill and walked out after taking a few bites. We ordered the "Txuleta" from the menu- 1.2 kg of red meat that came with salad and fries. It looked promising. The cost was 58 euros per 1 kg of meat, and the minimum order was 1.2 kg, so our total bill was 69,6 euruos. But the meat was so tough, we could barely chew it. The fries were oily. And as for the salad-- it looked like nearly every leaf in that salad had wilted and had brown edges.

After taking a few bites, we couldn't stomach any more. We asked for the bill, paid and left. The servers were kind, the ambiance seemed nice, but the food was disgusting and a poor value.
