My partner and I visited this restaurant on the 23rd March 2013 while visiting Paris for the weekend. We had spotted it the previous day while walking to the Louvre (just round the corner) and liked both the look and location of this restaurant so decided to have lunch there. We did not leave disappointed. We were greeted by the owner, Dominique, and seated in the very clean and elegant dining area that benefits from a lot of natural light thanks to its big glass windows, which makes a nice change from the dim yellow light of other restaurants near by. The menu was simple to read thanks to being in both French and English and had a good selection of starters, mains and desserts. I had the very delicious and crisp Veal Milanese which was cooked extremely well and would certainly recommend. My partner had the Lasagna which she enjoyed very much. For dessert I had the gourmet coffee which was very nice. My partner had the amazing strawberry salad following Dominique's recommendation and loved it. The service was excellent and attentive and added to the enjoyment of our meal. The bill came to just over 80 euros (including wine and tip) and was worth every cent. We had eaten at other, more expensive restaurants which are not as good as Oscars. We loved this place and are really happy to have found it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
