While visiting Aix-en-Provence we wanted to enjoy a cooking class and there were a few different culinary schools. L'atelier des Chefs offered many options - classes that were all day, to just a few hours, to one hour or even a half hour - something to fit everyone's needs and interests! We chose to do a one-hour class and it was perfect. We learned how to make risotto with prawns, parmesan crisps for an entree and a carmelized pear and tiramisu for dessert.
We had a total of six participants in our class and we all enjoyed learning to make these items and then dining together after and enjoying our culinary creations! Would definitely attend another class here!
