looking on tripadvisor for a pizza in Le Marais where I was staying, I tried Geoffrey L'Olive an evening while on business trip in Paris with a client.
Even if the restaurant looks rather small, there is access downstairs to a very nice vaulted ceiling room, comfortable and not too noisy.
We both had one of the best pizza we ever had! (and he lived in Italy many years). We started by some antipasti that were very good, then ordered italian cheese and ham pizzas
The crust is excellent, and it is few to say... Thin, crusty, perfectly baked, and topped with ultra bfresh ingredients. Obviously Baked in a wood oven, they are really tasty... Ha! we loved it so much that we ordered an additional one to share (yes, we were very hungry!)
The staff is very welcoming, there is a young couple managing it and they know their stuff.
You can go, you will not be disappointed!
