We stayed over a weekend and found the accommodation perfect, location was second to none right where you want to stay and very close to the metro great when you are traveling around Paris for the sights and at the end of our trip heading to the airport it was straight onto one train with no changing. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and very clean and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable giving great recommendations on where to eat and buy supplies. A perfect oasis in the city!

This property is excellently located to all that you would like to do in Paris.
Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodated all our requests promptly.
The one room apartment was HUGE: a look at the floorplan of the hotel showed that we scored one of the biggest apartments in the hotel. We overlooked the back of the property and had a view of the courtyard. It was VERY quiet and a great sleep was had by all.
This is an apartment-hotel and so there is not a room clean up every day but only every few days, with the beds being made daily and additional towels supplied as needed. This was more than adequate and appropriate given it was an apartment.
The front desk/reception were prompt to attend to any of our queries with appropriate solutions.
We used the concierge and I was impressed with his prompt attention to our queries and resolutions to problems. He helped us to obtain tickets to shows and booked and arranged tours and transfers. Very happy.
We travelled as a part of three and were all happy with the property.
The hotel supplied 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate which we used daily and really appreciated.
We did not use the breakfast option but organised our own in the small, but very usable kitchen in our apartment. we also cooked some of our meals in our one weeks stay - when not out at the numerous other dinner options that surround the hotel.
We received a great rate by booking for a week instead of a few days.
My only suggestion would be to include a more permanent non-slip bathmat in the bathroom as the over-bath shower was slippery and this caused some concern for my elderly mother. The hotel staff tried a number of solutions and we used a disposable bath mat that was suitable in the end.
Recommended.

Room Tip: We had a very quiet room at the back of the property.

The foyer of the hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable and the 24 hour supply of free coffee/chocolate at the rear of the foyer was most welcome.
The twin bedded apartment we stayed in was comfortable and spotlessly clean - not nearly as small as I was expecting for a Paris hotel. It had a well equipped kitchenette with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the linen clean and fresh.
I thought the hotel was very nice and the staff were also nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, close to a metro station, and some great restaurants and shopping. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a perfect location with great free WIFI

Location, Location, Location. That is why we picked the Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Pres. We also expected a clean room and some degree of quiet. Not so. The room was decent but very dirty. The hallways were dirty. There were spots all over the carpet and they looked like they had been there for some time. We were informed when I complained that the Hotel is up for a complete do over. It really needs it. The location was not cheap. It was obvious that they were shaving expenses. The fruit was second quality. All of it. Mold or worm holes. I tried to justify this to my wife but she asked me to remember the quality we saw all over Paris. This was the first time in 30 years that I felt like I needed to wear sandals in the room. The staff was very nice and they tried their best. They were always polite and helpful. NOTE, if you need to do wifi for work, it is not good here. Also note that they do not provide maid service daily. It is only every three days that you will get towels or linens.

I stayed here last week. Its a nice size room with kitchen. The hotel staff is so wonderful. I don't speak French and they spoke English. The location is excellent. The Lourve Musuem is right across the street. So many shopping, cafes near by. Metro is 5 minutes walk (St. Michel)

I took the Metro from Orly Airport for 22 Euro. It only runs from 5am to 1Am i think. So i had to take a cab from Hotel to Orly $40 Euro. Trinh was so helpful he set us up with it.

Room Tip: We didn't have a great view, but we didn't care. So you might want something facing the mai...

It was with great kindness that the staff of Hotel Citadines got us out of a situation of "no hotel" in Paris after we canceled with good reason, our pathetic reservation at Hotel Saint Jacques.
We managed to get in a huge suite with living room, bedroom, kitchen and two bathrooms.
The kitchen gives us the opportunity to make a purchase at the grocery store (right next to the hotel) and enjoy more intensely the French way of living.
Lots of space (really!), enough comfort and warmth, at a fair price.
The location could not be more perfect, in front of the Sena River near the Pont Neuf and a few steps from fine restaurants, art galleries and charming shops.
Was not the first time I stayed there, and certainly not be the last!
