Probably the first thing to be aware of is that this place is best suited to people staying for longer than a couple of days, as it has a nicely equiped kitchen for self catering. We, however were only staying two nights, so that was of no benefit to us. Our room overlooked the back alley, not so exciting, but the location is rather good.
The breakfast is available in the lobby and appeared very popular, at a cost of some 14 euros each, its popularity was also offputting as there were queues of people trying to get food. As the atmosphere was lacking we went instead to a local cafe - much better ambience and nice fresh bread, although probably not as good value as the hotel. Nevertheless, I think we made the right choice.
The room was adequate, but the AC ineffective and the room stuffy, even with the windows open. Reception staff were very pleasant, patient and helpful.More
