One of the most interesting buildings in this part of Paris, for me. I really liked its architecture and the overall majesty it has. Very enjoyable visit even from the exterior only.

A great area with shops, cafes, restaurants surrounding this distinctive building. It's easy to get lost in all the streets, as there's always something to discover.

We weren’t able to go inside but were at least able to get some photos of the exterior. The place is very stately and very beautiful. It’s a shame visitors weren’t allowed in. If you are in the area check it out and perhaps they might be letting people in then?

Watch out for the free temporary expos staged here. They are usually excellent. If you can get a glimpse of the interior, this is a spectacular building.

Arrived on the metro to see this stunning palace which was occupied during the Second World War. It was busy with people sitting in the courtyard taking in the weather. There is also a department store over the road which prides itself on selling everything, I bought a designer blouse and a pair of shoes.we didn't see many places to eat so we returned back to central Paris for lunch.
