I stayed 4 nights on business at the Pullman and all together it was an excellent surprise.
While the building itself is less than inspiring (modern 12e arrondissement of Paris is anything but characterful) the service at the hotel was outstanding. In fact it felt more like a Shangri-la....welcome on arrival, people asking how they can help you with taxis or directions as you come in and out, very polite staff thoughout the hotel, very decent service at reception and at the restaurant, nice little gym etc...the one downside is the room: everything works but they are small and dark. Do escape and go for a stroll on the Cour St Emilion nearby. There are plenty of decent eateries and a easy access tube station that will get you to central Paris in no time.More
