Hotel Elysees Paris
Ranked #1,301 of 1,804 Hotels in Paris

Booked a room here based on the previous reviews and found them to be accurate. The room looks like its pictures which was a pleasant surpise.

The location is about 100 yards from the Arc D'Triomphe, which is a beautiful spot in the city, especially when lit up at night and flanked in the background by the Eiffel Tower. It is also 3 blocks from the Champs Elysees, which is within easy reach. I could not have been happier with the location. There is a Metro station literally, right outside your door, which is a valuable asset as well.

The room is on the small side (Typical for Paris hotels), but well-appointed and spotless. It has a plasma TV, recessed lighting, a safe, mini-bar, and an elegant bathroom, with a shower with good water pressure.

The service was always very polite and accomodating. All three of the desk staff spoke English and were very helpful in giving out directions and making recommendations.

My only complaint would be a bit of a noise issue. It is a small hotel and you can definately hear when anyone closes their doors, even two floors down.

Overall, a nice little hotel that gets it right.

Excellent 3* hotel. BW Elysees Paris is very clean and quiet. Centrally located in rue Brey - only 2 blocks away from the Arc De Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle metro station. Air France shuttle bus no. 2 (Etoile stop) is just 2 blocks away from the BW. McDonalds/pubs are just around the corner. Elysees Paris has been recently rennovated and all rooms are nicely appointed but very very small. My husband and I had 4 pieces of luggage and had hard time walking in the room ... Hotel staff was extremely courteous; Ms. Ava was very friendly and assisted us with the check-in process. My husband and I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 01night and it was fantastic. Had been reading(too much) so much about small/dirty/worn rooms that I thought all Paris hotels were of the same standard. Unless you paid mega bucks. But we paid a very reasonable (110euros b&b) and didn't expect much.
When we arrived at the metro station (Charles de Gaulle Etoile)we walked for 2minutes to the hotel and we were there, the location is just fantastic!.
You literally come out of the station and you are NEXT to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee.
Requested a non smoking room when I booked the hotel but the hotel did not receive the request so was allocated a smoking room. Disappointed but when we walked into the room it didn't smell at all. Also a very good thing was it had individual air conditioning and you can open the windows.
The room was very small, but enough space for two people. It was clean and comfortable.
There was a safe in the room, but ours was broken.
There was a mini bar as well and enough hanging space for your clothes.
There were no other tv channels on the tv but french and german, but then again you are in Paris to do the sights and not to watch tv, so it didn't bother us at all. But the hotel does advertise their rooms that they come with plasma tv (not in ours...)and int. channels....
Breakfast was included for us, if it wouldn't have been we certainly would not have bothered!. There are enough places around the hotel where yiu can eat. There is even a McDonalds 1min away.
Breakfast was between 7-10am, we arrived at 0930 and there just about nothing left. And when we told the lady that we wanted some bread or croissants she said there was nothing left....great.
A fantastic but quite touristy place to eat is in Place Michel, next to a church called , St Severin.(metro stop Saint Michel)
It is a couple of streets where you can eat all sorts of food, very french food, Greek, Marrocan, Thai,Libyan etc etc
Very very good and affordable.
So overall a great experience, the hotel is certainly fantastic for location and value for money(well depends what you pay for it....I would certainly not pay more than what we paid...110euros incl bfts)
Enjoy Paris AND this hotel!.

Very nice hotel for the city. Clean and modern. The rooms are small, but what can you expect for the city? Very, very close to the Champs-Elysees and the Arc De Triomphe as well as the Metro. Friendly staff and very helpful. You can get good deals from booking with the USO-Paris. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellently located very close to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees & Metro station. Ideal as a base to get anywhere in Paris. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Reasonably sized room for city centre hotel, very clean and good price, approx 90 euros when booked direct with hotel. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone & would return there myself for any subsequent trips to Paris. Full Marks!
