The end of our trip in Paris got off to a good start with Phillipe and Nathalie ensuring we had the information for metro, restaurants and places to go at hand. Breakfast was around large table well layout and good selection of fruit, breads, yogurt juice and coffee. I tend to like little traveller gatherings at breakfast as conversation trading hints and places to go etc., always seemed valuable.
Our room on fist floor had a lift and access in and out of building well managed. Our room was quite spacious fr Paris with a small room for in our case dressing and cases etc. bad and all fittings and furnishings quite good and room with flat screen TV.
Location next to Metro, Taxi ramp and within walking of many restaurants and shops. We even walked right into main Louvre city area first day.
Phillipe (always the joker) and Nathalie were great hosts and you will not be disappointed choosing this B & B. I recommend this B & B

Room Tip: Our room was Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Plenty of windows into main street, Reasonably spacious and...

We spent 4 nights with Phillipe and Nathalie in June and I can't speak highly enough of their hospitality and wonderful accommodation. Breakfast time was a hour long discussion on what we should do and what to enjoy in Paris. Phillipe is a world full of information and is so gracious. If you are visiting from Australia bring a packet of Tim Tams !!! Thank you for a memorable stay. The metro is on the corner of the street and makes this an ideal place to stay.

My husband and I have just returned from a 7- day stay in Paris at Coucelles-Parc. It was perfect. Phillipe and Nathalie are the most wonderful hosts and staying at their gem of a B+B made our trip to this beautiful city exceptional. Breakfasts became the highlight of the day, pastries, fresh fruit and juice, and French coffee (not Starbucks- as Phillipe would say), but more special than the food was the generous amount of time Phillipe and Nathalie spent every day recommending places, museums and restaurants. Take all of the restaurant recommendations seriously as they know their Parisian food. An additional joy of our stay was Natalie sharing her knowledge and love of the Louvre and other Paris museums. Extras (like a daily printed local news bulletin from your home country) were a very welcome surprise. The best extra, however, was Phillipe’s wonderful humor, Natalies smile and warmth and their clear love of the city and wanting to share all of it with you. Can you tell we loved Coucelles-Parc? Stay here!
Thank you Phillipe and Natalie for making our Paris visit memorable.

My husband and I spent 12 days @ Coucelles-Parc for our relaxing break. We are the guests who stayed longest so far according to Phillipe the owner :) We love every moment we stay. Phillipe and Nathalie are the most lovely hosts. They are caring and fun. We love Pillipe's humor and Nathalie's elegance and caring. The breakfast is healthy and yummy. Breakfast is one of the enjoyable events everyday. The room is comfortable and clean. Courcelles-Parc is located at a prime location. 3 mins to subway and bus stop which is so convenient no matter where you are heading to. Phillipe and Nathalie became our best friends in Paris. This is the home for us in Paris. Highly recommended !

A very comfortable B+B in a great location - close to metro station and plenty of great restaurants and cafes. We stayed here for a week with our three kids and could not have been more impressed. Phillipe and Natalie were simply the most helpful and friendly hosts you could imagine, and went well beyond expectations to help us enjoy our time in this beautiful city and feel at home. Everything here was just right. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, quiet and well presented, the breakfast was lovely, and it was good value. Extras (like a daily printed local news bulletin from your home country) were really a very welcome surprise.

We will always remember the great time we had here, thanks in no small part to the wonderful effort the operators of this B+B make to help you make the most of your visit to Paris. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. The kids loved it just as much as we did. Thankyou Phillipe and Natalie!

So it was a bit of a whim - to take advantage of travel specials and frequent flier miles to spend Thanksgiving in Parks. We read the reviews and Rick Steves and wound up at the Courcelles-Parc. We are glad we did. Phillippe is a wonderful host and he and Natalie are very warm and welcoming. Staying here can make you believe that you are actually a part of Paris for a few days. There are open air markets on the street behind you, friendly cafes with excellent local food and friendly servers/owners. The train and bus can be caught within 100 feet of your door and after an hour or so even we could understand how to travel on them. The rooms are large and comfortable and the windows are incredibly soundproof - thus although you're on the second floor there is no traffic or street noise. Great location, nice people, and comfortable rooms - can't ask for much more.

My husband and I just returned from our trip to Paris celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We spent the week at this lovely bed and breakfast and felt welcome even prior to leaving the US. Of all the attractions of the week, one of the fondest memories we return with is the time spent here. The room couldnt be more comfortable and we so enjoyed our morning conversations and breakfast with Nathalie and Philippe. The location was so accessible to the Metro and loved the warmth of the neighborhood. If we ever have the opportunity to return we would not consider another place to stay.
