We dined at Botanistes for our 20th wedding anniversary. The menu was simple, clean and elegant. The staff was elite. The wine list was ample. The veal was spectacular. The soup was superb. The dessert my wife said was grand, and my cheese plater delightful. My after diner whiskey was complementary. The atmosphere bright and alive. Small place, maybe 18 settings. Met a wonderful couple from Tennessee and closed the place. Terrific meal and wonderful night. Enjoy.

Found this place on Tripadvisor and as it was only up the road for our lovely hotel K&K Cayre, just turned up without a reservation. We were visiting in December and it is not big, so would recommend in busier months that you book ahead. Keep your eyes open as you may well walk past it on a dark winters night. It would be a shame if you did because the food is excellent, reasonably priced and the staff are really helpful. The only reason we did not return during our stay was that we were only there for 4 nights and there are so many lovely restaurants in Paris - tough gig right?

Unassuming place which we found after a bit of shopping. The codfish, mussels and sea bass were excellent. The wine was good too

Enjoyed dinner our last night in Paris. We stopped by early in the day to check out the menu based on a recommendation from our hotel. We met the lead Server and Chef and were both very professional. They encouraged us to make a reservation for dinner. We ordered a terrific first course, Piquillos stuffed with goat cheese and salad, main courses included fish of the day, a veal dish both dishes were 5 stars and "Baba" a fun dessert. The service was perfect, the atmosphere was sophisticated.

This is a small, neighbourhood restaurant tucked away on a side street. Like most of these traditional French restaurants, they have a short menu that mainly features meat and offal. Vegetables aren't a strong suit! But the meat and sauces are excellent, as is the wine list. Friendly staff were happy to explain dishes in English. A bit fancier than cafe dining, but not too expensive by the standards of this area.
