This place was recommended by my hotel and I can see why. The ambience is relaxed and friendly and has a nice French classic feel.
The waiter was accommodating of my attempts to speak French but his command of English was better than my French so we fell into that.
I got a table (early in the evening, midweek) without a problem.
There are a limited number of items on the menu, but if my choice was anything to go by, this just means that they’ve focused on quality.
Later on, as more people arrived, it became more difficult to catch the waiter’s eye, but that’s my only real negative.
With the offer via tripadvisor, the price (even including wine) was fine for a nice meal out.
