A great find, my wife booked this fro my Birthday. The welcome was professional warm & friendly, after the check in formalities whilst the luggage was being sent to the room we had a brief tour of the facilities.
The room was just perfect with everything you would expect in a 5 star.

Dining was amazing both in the hotel and the restaurant over the road the conceirge booked us in for at a moments notice.

We took a complete gamble and booked Le Burgundy for a few days because our other hotel did not have space for the entire trip. We did not want to leave.

The location cannot be beat. It is central to everything most tourists want to see.

The renovation is very well done, so says my partner who is a very picky interior designer. The public spaces are beautiful. The spa is amazing. The pool is one of the prettiest I have seen in Paris. We had it to ourselves the entire time we were there. The bar is beautiful. We spent every evening there. The cognac list cannot be beat. The bartender became our best friend.

The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. They put up with my poor command of French and resisted the temptation to switch to English (much appreciated). The concierge is very helpful.

The halls of each floor and the rooms are padded and covered in silk, which makes for a very quiet (and luxurious) stay. Our room was beautiful, not overly large although we had the Deluxe category, but nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a separate rain shower and tub. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The only minus was our restaurant experience. The dinner was good but not great. They brought my partner the wrong entree (there were two fish dishes). He did not discover it until the end of the meal (as he didn't like or eat most of it). The waiter was very apologetic, and it was an honest mistake, but he did not remove it from the bill (he bought us dessert instead). We found that a bit strange.

Otherwise, our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this as an elegant alternative to the other 5-star "palace" hotels. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband & I have just spent four days here and had an amazing time... service was excellent... location, room & attention to detail, impeccably. The Spa although still being finished was the perfect end to a days shopping.

WOW! This was recommended by my American Express concierge. This hotel underwent a 3 yr renovation and re-opened this summer as a 5-star hotel. I was thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect - around the corner from Rue Cambon (Chanel, anyone?), around another corner from Place Vendome and Rue Honoree (more shopping), yet a short walk to Rue de Rivoli (Louvre) and Champs Elysee. The best part is that it is not in a "tourist-y" or crowded area and you can find great little shops and restaurants on the block. The staff was amazing. I wish I could have them wherever I travel in the future! The rooms are beautiful - and DO NOT miss out on the pool and spa. The concierge recommended dinner at Vin Chai Moi, when we asked for a "local" restaurant with delicious food, not a fancy overpriced tourist trap. He not only escorted us to the restaurant personally, but introduced us to the owner, who seated us immediately and made recommendations for the most delicious wine and dinner we could ask for. We wanted a modern, new Parisian hotel, with friendly staff and great location - and we got it! Thanks Hotel Le Burgundy, for a wonderful stay!!!!

My husband and I have just spent 3 nights at Le Burgubdy hotel in Paris. The location is outstanding and the hotel is beautiful. Lovely clean modern look and warm welcome. The trouble is that all I wanted for breakfast the next day was something small so ordered the warm flavoured porridge which was displayed on the menu as a seperate item. They didn't have it available and suggested we have the cereal. We were initially charged for the full breakfast menu (34 euros) and after we complained were then charged for a continental breakfast. We tried to explain that it was listed seperately but unfortunately the staff were not interested in our story. The next day we found our room was not made up by 3pm in the afternoon. After we told them to make it up when we left the hotel only to find at 7h30pm when we arrived back the room was still not made up!!!. For a 5 star hotel which we paid 440 euros a night for, this is not acceptable. I found the female staff to be rude and unfriendly. Has potential, but felt we were cheated.

We were very happy to have spent some of our holiday's in this hotel because it's a new brand 5 stars hotel in Paris and our rooms were just amazing! Very beautifull, colored, bleue and green mood. The kids had teddy bear and surprising amenity foir us, really great! The spa and swimming pool look great and we hope to come as soon and possible to take advantage!!!!and the staff is always ready to help us, very kind and dynamic. Perfect for family and friends and business too because the rooms are quiet and the hotel is luxury, with an amazing bar, the winter garden is just great, enjoying outside the launch or dinner... GREAT! Go for it!
