We were there at the beginning of April. Service was excellent, very quiet modern decorated room with mini-bar and kettle. Good breakfast. Ten minutes walk to the centre. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.More

We usually read about how cramped and expensive Paris hotels are, but for our recent honeymoon, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, which is situated at a strategic location in Paris, along the Pink (4) Metro Line, a few stations away from Galleries Lafayette (to the wifey's delight), the Louvre Museum, so on and so so forth.
In my first trip to Paris, I had the not-so-pleasant experience of dealing with some French people who are a bit condescending, but this recent trip made a totally different impression on me.
For starters, the hotel receptionist/managed were extremely cordial and polite. They were also very helpful in providing us with useful information about the hotel and the surrounding areas. But the best part, when they learned that we were on our honeymoon, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet, just what we ordered. We had a balcony, a full bathroom with bathtub. These are amenities you would ordinarily expect from a 4-star hotel in Paris. Yet for the price that I paid for this hotel, it was definitely a steal.
The hotel staff also arranged for our airport transfer to Paris Orly with no hassles at all. The driver picked us up on the dot, despite the fact that we had an early flight.
Dear Guests, we 'd like to thank you for your report about your stay at us. Making your honey moon more enjoyable by giving you our nicest rooms and knowledge of the city was a pleasure shared !
Our best wishes again from us all. Caroline BAILLY / Manager owner.
It's clean, friendly and well placed for the Lafayette shopping district, but fairly basic. The hotel has been squeezed into an old building. The rooms are on the small side and pretty basic, although it was flat screen TV with some international TV.
The main thing for me was the very poor sound proofing between rooms. I could here conversations and people going to the toilet in the adjoining rooms. The whole ceiling shook when the person upstairs moved about.
So for me it OK for a night or two as a crash pad but not a place for a long business or holiday trip.
The hotel is in a good location close to the Opera and the Galleria Layfatte. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Several cafes and restaurants in the area. A reasonably priced accommodation in a central location.
This hotel, which is a hard to find Best Western, turned out to be perfect in all categories. It often does not show up on searches for Best Westerns in Paris. it is on a side street right near the Square de Montholon. It is just outside of the tourist areas and all cafes etc are authentic and reasonably priced. You can visit so many charming restaurants and groceries in the area. You can walk to Grade de Nord. It is near the Opera area and Notre Dame. The rooms were regular size for Paris but felt open and were clean. They even have the bidets and morning breakfast. The lobby was modern and clean and the front desk helpful. The best was the price 146.00 per night if I recall correctly.
I booked this Hotel online after reading some reviews. I had high expectations especially because it wasn't cheap. Right from the check in desk, the staff were not friendly. The rooms were small and basic. The most appaling was the breakfast. Cold croissant, everything was poorly arranged. It definitely wasn't the best way to spend €170.
The bathroom was however quite clean.
