My brother and I stayed here at the end of a business trip to France. We took a few days in Paris to unwind before flying back to the USA. The hotel is run like a boutique hotel rather than a huge chain and all the employees were very friendly and helpful to us. The rooms were well laid-out and small (but what isn't in Paris?), although they had everything we needed. The bathroom was especially efficient and didn't lack anything that we needed. In addition, there was a garden in the back where we could sit and chat while making our plans for the day, or while relaxing at the end of a long walk. The hotel is only about 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

For me, I loved that the hotel was really old and historic, and much of the artwork, construction and so forth reflected this. Check out the spiral staircase that winds around the art-deco open elevator. How cool.

All in all, we had a wonderful time in Paris, and the staff made our stay even better.

Room Tip: Rooms toward the back have nicer view of the garden.

Our first time in Regent's Garden and we loved it. Very helpfull receptionists, wonderful breakfast (we absolutely loved the Tea forte) and so very nice with at glass of champagne on the house because of our anniversery. Nice bathroom and the Hansa waterfall was great. We would happily choose Regent's Garden another time.

The Premier Regent's Garden Hotel is located in a former Napoleon III townhouse within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. Like many Paris hotels, the rooms are small and rather dark and the elevator is minuscule. The bathrooms, however, are large and have been well modernized. We found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. A most agreeable feature of the hotel is an attractive garden in the rear courtyard, which is a good place to sit on a fine day.
The neighborhood around the hotel is elegant, although there are not many good restaurants within walking dstance. There is, however, an excellent bakery and a Carrefour spermarket across the street where one can pick up a light meal.
Like many French hotels, the Regent's Garden does not have its own restaurant. An overpriced buffet breakfast is served in the morning for 24 Euros. Guests would do better to breakast in the bar where an express French breakfast of coffee and crossants is served for only 5 Euros.
At the end of our stay the hotel provided a limousine service to take us to the airport for a price only a little more than a taxi would have cost. This is a bargain and well worth the price.

Room Tip: The front of the hotel faces onto a street, which is generally quiet. Guests seeking a really quiet...

This is the fourth time we have stayed in the Regent’s Garden. We keep going back since we like the hotel and love being in this area. We had to compromise this time since they were fully booked with a congress even though we tried to make the reservation as soon as their reservations opened. They found us a room and we knew it would be the classic small room rather than the larger rooms which we normally booked. It was indeed a very small room, fortunately with a nice (larger) bathroom. We managed, but would recommend the larger rooms in this hotel. The staff, as usual, were very helpful with excellent suggestions for restaurants and also made reservations for us. The 17th is a nice area to be in, somewhat residential, with nice shops and restaurants. We can recommend this lovely hotel; it is quiet and has very nice rooms. However, avoid times when they are fully booked with a congress in order to reserve the larger rooms.

Room Tip: The classic rooms are small, reserve the larger rooms

Four of us stayed at this stylish, small hotel and loved it. Obviously not cheap but lovely, spacious rooms and a very good breakfast in the pretty dining room. Situated within a short walk of L'Arc de Triomphe and therefore convenient for getting everywhere via The Metro. Food at the funky restaurant next door was excellent too. Breakfast or a coffee in the garden is to be recommended.

Room Tip: Book a room over-looking the garden if you can afford it.

Nice, Old building, well furnished- I prefer this end of Paris, so this hotel is well suited to my location needs. Makes going by taxi and getting to places quickly possible, even easy. It has a focus on fair trade and Eco products, on recycling etc that is Rare in France. I was upgraded to a suite for an extra €30 and I was glad for the extra space. Wifi and soft drinks are free here and I found the staff here mostly friendly. But avoid the breakfast lady if possible! Don't rely on waking up in a warm room, but The room was very quiet and the bed/pillows very very comfortable.
