Great service and friendly attention at the front desk. The hotel is quaint and is set in a good location. Lots of places to eat and the metro and buses are nearby. I would stay in this hotel again if I came back to Paris.

Would agree with others that this makes an excellent base to stay if you like the indie, arty vibe. Understated decor, books lining the walls and architectural feel inside. Outside you have some of the most eclectic mix of cafes and restaurant. Try Le Passage for tasty charcuterie. Intelligent hotel staff always on hand and kind. Incredibly we came via Jet2 holidays so big shout out to them for including this destination.

We were a family of three generations of women traveling to Paris for our first time. We stayed for twelve nights. We wanted somewhere a little quirky, Parisian and with a great view of the Parisian rooftops. We got all of this and more! We arrived after a very long flight to be greeted by the wonderful, friendly Fanny. Our room wasn't ready yet as we had arrived quite early but we were ushered downstairs to the most incredible Parisian breakfast of fresh baguettes, croissants, cheeses, cakes, fruit salad, yoghurts, coffee and all your greatest French desires! Our room was ready quickly and we were shown upstairs to the top floor room that had two little balconies with the most incredible views. Mum burst into tears ( of joy!). The bathroom was very spacious and had a bath. The beds were very comfortable and we had a little fridge to store champagne and cheese in. There is a little supermarket just across the road and a yummy patisserie. The room was cleaned daily and by the most highest standard, top points to the cleaners, they did a wonderful job! The area was really interesting with a big student population and very arty. We were within a 5 minute walk to the metro too, very handy. We walked to Notre Dame and along the Seine. There is an amazing Fromagerie and Charcuterie nearby plus the best croissants in Paris at Isabellas! The staff all spoke English and were excellent with advice and help. We would definetely recommend this hotel for somebody looking for Parisian charm in a small family run hotel. We hope to come back one day!

Room tip: Top floor room has great rooftop views

Hotel is in a good location for the notre dame and Latin quarter. Although we did walk to the eiffel tower and arc de triomphe from the hotel and back! Breakfast is very good and the two girls always made sure there was enough coffee and breakfast for everyone. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful - a very well run hotel.
