Perfectly location. Able to walk to all of the major attractions. The subway is a 10 second walk away. The rooms were recently updated with a clean modern look. The room was small, but had a Paris style "terrace" where two people are able to enjoy the views. Our room was located on the 6th floor. Every morning there was a breakfast buffet. A small assortment, yet enough for those who want something for the go. Be sure to go there early, since many take advantage of the buffet. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Because the room was small there was were not any irons or ironing boards. Upon request, the staff brought both pretty quickly. If you are looking to experience Paris as we did, Make sure you stay here since this hotel has such a great location for the price!!! Always had a friendly person around no matter if it was at 5am or 1am when we either left or returned to the hotel!!

i stayed in this nice boutique hotel as part of my 6 night stay in paris france during the month July 2010..the location is a win point in this hotel, near every where and close to subway station and 15 mins walk to bus rouge ( the red touristic bus stop that tours you round the city) its location in champs Elysée. makes it very easy for guests at the hotel to dine any spot from the many variable restaurants and pubs around, its also near by the lido
the benefit of this location is that its live during summer, shops open till late at night !! a famous chain boutique named Sephora for perfumes and makeup , for instance kept open and serving till 1 or 2 am in the morning ! while all the other branches for it closes on regular hours between 6-7-8 pm.
the cons are, its very crowded during summer, streets jammed with walkers.., beggars,u can not walk and shop comfortable, its also noisy and u cant find a seat in any cafe in that street easily.
the shopping variety in Chmp-Ellys street made it enough for me to shop there and not want to go to any of the malls in paris.
try pomme du pain for a brunch or sweets rest. while ur shopping.
yes the hotel's elevator is slow, but who cares ! i'm not in a hurry i'm coming to relax.
but i t was working during my stay there.
as for the hotel the manager Mme Francoise was helpful and professional though abit firm.the waitress at breakfast is very pateint and kind ( named Nadia) the room keeper cleaning lady is kind too with a nice smile,,breakfast is clean yet the same every day,no variety but when i go down for breakfast at last minute they welcome me and make me breakfast specially for me,they ae kind and the place is cozy

the room is small don't take too much luggage with u because the room then will become too small for you and your things..but the room decoration is very nice modern and nice petite ..every thing is tiny in this hotel even the decoration all delicate, the bathroom is very comfortable well lit with upper window to open and let breeze get in the morning as well as sun light,i liked the bathroom and had no trouble in it as some wrote here.
i made friends with the staff.i would recommend this hotel for future travelers to paris, specially women as its a safe place to stay in alone.
i would come to this hotel again if i visit paris again.. hopefully soon but maybe not in summer.

We have been in this terrific hotel for a week and we weren't disappointed.
The major advantage is its great location, 30 sec walking to Champs Elysees and to the metro station. In addition, the hotel has been renovated lately and it is almost new! The whole building is very clean and beautiful, much more than 3 stars hotel!
Moreover, the stuff were very kind and helpful, and about the size of the room, we stayed in triple room which has good size.

I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. I highly recommend about it for everyone!

Just a few steps from Franklin Roosevelt Metro. There is a supermarket around the corner. Lots of food joints surrounding, and right on Champ Elysee- access to shopping. Good if you want to shop and drop bags in hotel. Rooms are clean and new though is not large, but is adequate. Breakfast is good & decent, free Wi-fi. Service staff and front desk are very help. Overall a perfect place to explore Paris.

Location is excellent and staff is very courteous.
Literally 100m off the champs elysee.
Hotel manager went above and beyond to accomodate our needs.
Free wifi, comfortable bed, when staying on the fifth floor french doors open to mini balcony. Specify if travelling with a lot of luggage due to size of rooms(although standard rooms are average for Europe hotels).
Good value for the cost!
