We stayed for 4 nights and found the Ibis to be clean and an acceptable place to stay. The room itself was really quite small, with next to no clothes hanging space. The bathroom was clean but really quite cramped, with only a tiny window and a shower door that let water onto the floor. There was also only one bin in the room, which was in the bathroom. The decoration of the hotel and room has clearly not been updated for a long time. On the plus side the wi-fi was free, generally reliable and the speed was okay.
The hotel itself is well located next to Cambronne on Line 6 and Motte-Picquet Grenelle (several lines) so we could get to other places easily. Nearby there were a few brasseries/cafes and a Monoprix down the street.
The service at the hotel was good and the staff were generally helpful (except for originally giving us a single room). There is a small room for ironing, but it is really tiny and not much more than a cupboard, but the facility is there. I was disappointed that leaving luggage at the hotel was done through a locker system which we had to pay. 5 euros for a large locker (for two small trolley suitcases) and if we wanted to put something extra in, the cost had to paid again.More
