Been meaning to write this for some time.

Hotel is ok has all the facilties you need, theyare small but what do you expect for the price.
We had a powercut for two hours one night, not ideal and re eption weren't helpful that night. But it was an issue, however on check out we got that whole nights stay refunded. This is part of their minute rule, if they can't solve the issue they give compensation.

Location was good, could walk to the tower and also close to the metro which we used loads and is really cheap.

We were required to have meetings in Paris for two days. Usually given the poor hotel situation in Paris, we stay in a chain hotel.
Because of Paris Show when the prices double or triple, we checked out the Ibis chain...Usually we stay at Mercure or Ibis...and could only find this one close to where our meetings were located NEVER AGAIN....

The rooms are all the same except for the handicapped destined rooms. 8 to 10 square meters for approximative 150 rooms. Bathroom was so small that two people cannot fit in it at the same time. When sitting on the throne, one has to sit sideways and in order to take a shower, you must take special care to close the glass doors in a special way, otherwise you will spill water all over.
I have never spent two nights in a room this small.

The irony of this is that upon my return to the office, received a Questionnaire from the Chain asking me what I thought....and I made my thoughts known...certainly without any responses as usual...

Room Tip: The rooms are all the same..so get ready if you choose this hotel to be like a chicken..couped up in...

You get what you pay for here, which as long as you're expecting that it isn't necessarily a bad thing.

The bedroom was small, just a double bed, tv and desk. The bathroom is tiny though, if you're a large person I wouldn't recommend this for you, it's a tight squeeze to get in and then close the door behind you!

There was decorating going on when we went, we weren't kept up but it wasn't the nicest sight when we got out of the lift!

The bar and restaurant area is quite nice but a hot chocolate there is very overpriced!

The location is good, a 15 minute leisurely walk to the Eiffel Tower and about a 2 minute walk from the nearest underground station.

Parking is secure, 2 euros per 24 hours.

But you cannot stay in
paris 5 days without internet. During Easter time we stayed at ibis. Nice hotel, nice location, really small bedroom, no view to eiffel tower. Everything ok, but I had to go everyday to a Starbucks to use wifi. it really made us thinking about this hotel again, due to lot of choices we have in the same city...

Room Tip: If you are in 3 people in the same room you will not have the eiffel tower view...

Selected the hotel based on 4 criteria, parking, bar, wifi and proximity to metro and was not disappointed. Parking is a bit expensive but is under the hotel and very safe. Bar is bright and spacious, and prices were very reasonable compared to rest of Paris (still having nightmares about €9 for a pint!!!). Buffet breakfast is very good, however was not sure what the difference was between the various sittings noted as the food seemed to be the same no matter the time.
Metro is literally over the road, and whilst you can just see the Eiffel Tower from the seventh floor, was within walking distance. Staff were very courteous. Main criticisms were on the size of the room which was very small, and anyone of a “larger build” would struggle to get in the bathroom. It was expensive in comparison to more luxury hotels, however more positives than negatives, and would recommend to stay. If I was going back I think I would go for a bit more luxury for the price.

Room Tip: Anything above 7th floor, and to get views of Eiffel Tower you would need to be on the front.

good location, we can walk to the Eiffel tower in 5 minutes.
The room is clean while a little small.
Service is not bad, but the room is not arranged as I requested.
Breakfast is not so good, the types of food is rare.
