I had fish and chips at ibis restaurant and it was uncooked. I sent it back and the second dish was the same so that was sent back. The third dish was ok but was only given a ten per Cent discount for very bad food. The waiter made a joke that he told the chef it was not sushi. I have made a written complaint but received no reply. Would not recommend using restaurant other than for breakfast

Knowing that the hotel is in Paris, close to the Eifeltower, the rooms are still pretty small. Especially the bathroom. We were joking that it looked like a campervan or camping bathroom. Realy tiny. We had to shower fast otherwise we were out of hot water.
The beds however were good, though short (1.90 m). For me no problem, but some of our group had to sleep with their feet outside the bed.
Breakfast was nothing special, croissants, crepes, yoghurt, pain au chocolat, some cereals. That's it. Every day. But again, this is Paris. It's pretty much the same all over.
Never ever take dinner in the restaurant. Staff is really rude. We were with a large group. Starter was a salmon thing. Vegetarians got some couscous and salad. Main dish was fried meat of some kind with fried potatoes. Vegetarians got salmon and green beans (which is strange because starter was also salmon and vegetarians got something else then). So, we told them we don't eat dead animals as vegetarians. They were hopeless, crying out what we did want.... Finally the gave us a plate full with fried potatoes. We did ask for some green beans which were terribly overcooked. Halfway our meal part of the ceiling came down and hit some of our group. We were never compensated for this. They did not even apologize.
It's a large hotel and the second day it was really crowded at breakfast. Fresh fruit was finished and not refilled.
Summarizing: Location is good near the Eifeltower, rooms were small, especially the bathroom, staff not friendly, food bad.

Stayed at the Ibis Tour Eiffel for three nites. Great location with easy access to transit. Stayed on the 4th floor on the courtyard side. Yes room was tight, but when all you want is sleep and a shower it was more than good. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best part of check-out was the option to pay in our countries currency, saved on exchange. Would recommend this spot to all travellers.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was my first time in Paris. The area seemed extremely safe and not very noisy. The hotel is located very close to Cambronne Station-less than 5 minutes walk, which made it easy to travel to touristic sites. The hotel is modern with colourful decor.

Rooms were compact, but very clean and tidy. The rooms are basic, so they don't provide a kettle. The price is very good value for money-cheaper than most Paris hotels. There is no air conditioning, like stated on the website, but there is a thermostat to adjust room temperature. The hotel has free Wi-Fi and a there is computer area for guests to have internet access. Hotel, staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I had the buffet breakfast each morning-there was plenty of choice. The hotel has its own restaurant with a good menu. The hotel is also surrounded by cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out.

I would highly recommend this hotel because of its value and safe location.

Room compact. Clean and tidy. Complimentary champagne to celebrate birthday was unexpected. Having to pay for leaving luggage was a little disappointing. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Location close to metro and 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower
