Very clean, staff polite and efficient but would not go so far as friendly, but like a lot of hotels in Paris. Area is safe and metro is close by with good connections to city. One small comment would be that breakfast staff do not seem keen to deal with English customers , although the food is good. Would recommend but do 'brush up' on your French as you will need it.

This was a surprise weekend away for my girlfriend. I tried to organise a bottle of champagne in the room for when we got there or a better room. I was told this is not a service they could offer.

The hotel is on a quiet back street next to a school. We got a taxi from around the Louvre and it cost €10 so not too bad. Once we checked in we went upto to the room. The rooms are small but you still have room to move. Great nights sleep every night, air con in the room although the temperatures were a bit out I think. News channels in English. Good clean bathroom. Great shower.

Break is good and plenty to choose from.

We got a very good deal compared to other Paris hotels and it delivered! Following a refurb last year the hotel is very up to date and makes best use of space in the bedrooms. We found the air con excellent especially as it was so hot. It was also not too noisy unlike the Mercure in Porto! The situation of the hotel was fine - not long on the metro to the main sights and there was a small supermarket opposite (Leader Price chain ) for snacks. We had a b and b deal - (not very common in Paris) which was very good for us as a family. The restaurants nearby were good and not expensive. Most importantly the hotel is in a very quiet area- so no traffic at night - very important for us in being able to sleep properly!

Room Tip: Ask for aroom over the quadrangle

Hotel located a little bit in the back streets, but with satnav help it wasn't a problem to find. Car park is located under the hotel and the entrance to the car park was tight but typical for Paris.

The hotel and rooms are well presented and clean. Only downside for us was we struggled to get to grips with the air con unit. Turn it down and it was too hot, turn it up and it was too cold on the bed, creating a cold draft over our heads.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide range on offer in comparison to other chain hotels we've been to.

Hotel location is a bit away from it all but we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in about half hour. There were however two Metro stations nearby so getting about was no problem.

We had a very good deal on this hotel so was very pleased with the value. We would definitely stay here again but will look for the offers as 'normal' price was a bit steep.

First of all, what you see in the photos, is exactly what you get. And in this price range, I'm positive that you get maximum value here. As it's a small hotel don't expect enormous space in the hall or the restaurant, but it makes it just friendlier and cosier. Our room was amazing, really. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, the bed was to die for, and the bathroom was impeccable, and I'm usually problematic when it comes to bathrooms. Due to some unexpected heavenly intervention (we didn't ask for it, but welcomed it anyhow :) ), we had the suite. It's basically a studio, which consists of a small entrance hall, a room with a sofa, cofee table, desk and cosy armchairs, and the bedroom which is separated from the rest with a sliding door (of the plastic kind). From the bedroom opens the bathroom. We had two televisions - one in the bedroom and one in the outer room.

The staff was nice enough, nothing extraordinary.

The walk to the metro was also ok - a good 5 minutes, and you can get around quite quickly in the city. In the evening though, I wouldn't wander around in the neighbourhood alone. Not that we had any specific problems, just a feeling I had there.

I was really very happy with choosing this hotel.
I certainly recommend it to anyone with a smaller budget and who is more about being out in the city all day exploring, and just coming to the hotel to relax a bit in the evening, spend some time with your beloved, when your feet are all sore from all the walking :)

Room Tip: When booking, try asking for the suite. It's really nice! We stayed in the suite for a ridiculou...

Good four star hotel.

Entrance is small, Rooms are comfy and quite nice. Breakfast was good and varied.

Service though is excelllent, warm welcoming staff, quite helpful, that comes a fresh air in Paris...

So altogether a good choice for Paris (knowing you should expect to lower down your quality standard in that city while paying twice the usual price)

Of course it is not clean, but that would not be Paris otherwise....
