Stayed here for 2 nights January 2014 it is a nice hotel nice modern reception etc but the rooms and service are just not 4 star..to start with the rooms are pretty standard i had requested a room with a view of the eiffel tower and having paid an extra £100 for a "deluxe" room i would have thought this isnt a big request..the "deluxe room" also included bath robes and slippers- shame they only gave us one set (which when booking a double room seemed a bit odd) it took 3 attempts asking as reception to get the extra one and finally did on the last night-not a major problem buts its the principle,i paid more for these extra touches!other issue was around housekeeping-went out sightseeing at 11am and returned at 5pm no housekeeping done atall despite us putting the door notice on asking we wanted this done-in the end we tracked down a cleaner and asked for this to be done whilst we spent 12euros waiting in the hotel bar..not 4 star!!!!!complained at hotel about lack of extras paid for and lack of cleaning but not much use,i suggested a complimentary breakfast seeing as i had paid £100 more for im not sure what!told they would "leave a msg for the manager"guess what-no response or acknowledgment..overall hotel is fairly clean, rooms are ok but no better than a premier inn and be warned do NOT pay extra for the premium or deluxe rooms,it is no different from the standard ones-needless to say feeling ripped off and wont return

We arrived at 15:15 (after the Hotels 15:00 check-in time) but the room was not ready until after 16:00. This was a real waste of time when in Paris for just the weekend. Staff were ok but did not go out of their way. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was quite good. I did not think it was 4*. The biggest plus was it's location to the Eiffel Tower.

Amazing hotel. And location. The hotel is clean, friendly and professional staff always ready to help. Fair size room , perfect size bathroom; shower and toilet are separate. Literally a block and a bit to the Eiffel Tower. Close by there are restaurant small grocery stores wine stores and sweet boutiques. Very pleased with the hotel. I recommend it to anyone staying in Paris , oh and the price is fair. You get what you pay for. :))

Spent 3 nights for leisure in mid January 2014.The staff spoke very good English and were very helpful with many of our queries ....Check in and check out was prompt.Breakfast spread was excellent with abundance of French croissants and English pancakes. But the key factor for me to choose this hotel was the proximity to the Eiffel Tower which was a mere few footsteps away.Besides being near to the tower, the neighbourhood was near to several cafes and convenient stores...Getting a Taxi was never an issue as the Taxi Ranks were at the doorstep. The room was a bit small for the 3 of us though, but otherwise manageable.Would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel for both leisure and business

Great location and nice hotel. I got off on another floor accidentally and it smelled really smokey. Hotel is in between 2 close subway stops. A small grocery store is located around the corner from the hotel. I would stay there again because I can't afford the George V

We loved this hotel, it is a block away from the Tour Eiffel and the nearest Metro station. Since we left everyday around 7-8AM and got back at 10-11PM, we were not able to put any other service to the test, like meals, meeting rooms or gym but I can tell for sure that the room was always clean and comfortable at all times. Staff at the reception desk was very pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that they took the time to help us to get the tools and open one of our suitcases which got the zipper stuck. Also we were able to left our baggage for storage for several hours the day we left, no extra charge.

The only possible issue to look at is the cigarette smell you would perceive when the elevator stopped in our floor, nothing to worry about as like I said, our room was clean and odorless, not sure if they have smoking rooms at the same floor...

Room Tip: We came across this property in Expedia as a hidden -pay-first-then-we-tell-what-you-payed-for type...
