My only gripe about this hotel was the attitude of the staff at check-in. I do not think they were particularly welcoming or forthcoming for a four star hotel like others I have stayed in. (Had to wait at desk whilst three members of staff ignored us, not even a hello, whilst they were fiddling on the computers right in front of you, and there were no other guests waiting ahead). Also there was three of us staying in one room (extra bed was a sofa bed) which on arrival at the room we were given was not made up and so we had to ask reception to get someone to make the bed up. However they did send someone within 10-15 minutes, so that was fairly efficient. Now for the good bits. The location is fantastic. On the doorstep of the Eifel Tower and so close to both the RER(line C) and metro stop Bir Hakim (line 6), making travelling across the city very convenient. Did not actually eat at the hotel itself but the hotel is very close to a main street, boulevard de grenelle with quite a few shops and cafes along it. The actual hotel was nice. It was very clean and the room and the bathroom were also very clean. At night you could not hear any noise hardly from other guests or from the street.
