This was a good hotel in its category. The only problem we encountered was the terrible smell in the bathroom. This must have been a temporary failure in the drain system. Fortunately the outside temperature was high for the season, so we could keep open the windows. I wonder that the cleaning personal did not report this to the management. They would have reported it immediately so that technical people fixed this problem.

We found the location really good. it was close to transport and plenty of restaurants as well as being a comfortable walking or commuting distance to major attractions. The all-inclusive offer made this hotel very good value in an otherwise expensive city.

I wanted the cheapest possible respectable room during a week in which EVERY Paris hotel seemed to be sold out. This place was only ok, but for the low-ish price it was probably decent value for money. Lobby was a cluttered, ugly, vaguely dirty and unpromising mess, and the hallways the same. But once in the TINY room, it was scrupulously clean, and the bed comfortable. Hard to ask for more than that at the price I paid. Neighbourhood is drab and crummy, but I never felt unsafe. Breakfast room surprisingly nice -- why couldn't they clean up the lobby to match?! Entering the hotel made me feel like a total loser, every time!

ideally located, nicely priced and comfortable / design room (although quite small) ... definitely a good address in Paris
Due to the age of the building, the corridors are almost maze like but the atmosphere and design is definitely comfy and nice.
To be considered for future stay for certain ...

I spend 5 days in this hotel with my wife in september/2011.

The room is small, but cozy. The bed and air conditioning are really great. Flat screen television is new and working properly. The only bad note is the shower, which is tiny and has a low ceiling (sometimes I hit my head on the ceiling). They don't have minibar, but offer free mineral water at reception and give you a bottle of Evian everyday.

Breakfast is good, with bread, croissants, excellent pain au chocolat, Emmenthal cheese, ham, corn flakes, yogurth, orange juice and apple juice, coffee, milk, hot chocolat and even Nutella.

The hotel is 3 minutes from Republique metro station, but the neighborhood is full of beggars and homeless - although they seems to be harmless. There are some restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around.

I specially dont't recommend Buffalo Burger, on Place de la Republique, because the waitress is very rude, unpolite and don't like foreign people. But there is McDonalds, Hippopotamus and other fine options around.

We stayed here the first weekend of october and after trying 3 other hotels in paris this is going to be the hotel that i will visit again next time... Staff was friendly and didn't have any problems with them. we could leave our bag at the reception for the whole day before going home. wifi didn't work on the 4th floor but you can check internet on a desktop at the reception or catch wifi over there.

The location is great, 4 lines at republique station and it's a very short walk from the hotel to the metro. Few restaurants and bars + KFC, Quick and Mcdo can be find at place de la republique. The hotel looks nice from the outside and colorfull, all seasons style, on the inside.

The staircase and elevator are very small but no problem for me at all.

Our room had streetview (nr 401). Room was small but why do you need a big room? Maybe if you bring bit luggage with you but on a weekend or 3 day trip to Paris i don't need much. The bed was great and pretty big. one of the best i've ever slept on. Badroom was also pretty small but the shower worked percectly. Overall the room was nice, clean but a bit small.

The breakfast, for being free, was excellent. 2 sorts of bread, coffee, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, jam, nutella, cheese and ham, small croissants and pain chocolat. good enough for me to keep my hunger till 12 o clock :)

overall i would recommend this hotel to everybody who asks me for an hotel in paris.

I stayed here for one night at the beginning of September in a double room after a long stay in Paris. I booked via the Accor website. Prior to searching for a room I had never heard of 'All Seasons ' and I was pleasantly surprised. What was really nice was that my room was bright and cheerful and breakfast was included.
The hotel is situated just off Place Republique where there are great connections all over the city via the Metro The area is really pleasant with many shops and some great places to eat. I ate at Leon and Hippo and found the food good value and good quality. The canal is a short walk away and the atmosphere is laid back and welcoming.
I also walked along Rue de Temple all the way to the Seine along lovely narrow atmospheric streets. Try it. It is not that far.
The hotel is a converted Parisien apartment block and offers small but adequate rooms for a good price. There are no facilities other than the reception area with vending machines and the basement breakfast room but this may change as the hotel is currently being extended. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My room was clean, big enough with good furniture, TV and internet. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, modern and had a good shower.
Breakfast was great being served in the vaulted basement area and included in the room price. There was a good choice from a typical continental type buffet. Service was also good.
I really enjoyed my brief stay in this hotel. I chose it for the location and I was not disappointed.
