When we first got to Paris it took us 2 hours to walk to the hotel and when we arrived we found out that there is a metro station 3 mins away from the hotel! We stayed for 4 days/ 3 nights and it was really nice...better than we expected based on the "terrible" reviews. the elevator was a bit of a problem but we dealt with it... the room cleaning was great...the bed sheets were very clean. and we would suggest to book the hotel in advance b/c then it will be cheaper. you do have to pay for internet, however it was only 10euros for our whole stay. the park is outside the window, but we were on the 3rd floor and no sound whatsoever from outside so...Enjoy!!!

Room Tip: middle floors are best

This hotel is very basic. It's really simple but has a underground parking facility next to it (34 euro / 24hour). Cadet metro station within 5 minutes walk and also the Starbucks and McDonalds are just around the corner. If you want a cheap place in Paris just to crash. This is the place to be.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 4 nights...horrible dirty place...towels are not washed, they don't hoover the carpet, pillowcases aren't ironed...i found pubic hairs on the sheet. you could find a holes in a ceiling...for 3 stars hotel i do expect at list clean carpet...the shower was worst you could not close the door probably and there was a nasty damp smell, a mold on the tiles...VERY DIRTY UNPLEASANT PLACE TO STAY!!!

We arrived at this hotel quite late but it wasn't a problem we checked in straight away. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was easy to find and only a few minutes walk from Cadet metro. The room was quite small and the ensuite was a little dirty but the price was cheap so that didn't really matter! We didn't spend much time at the hotel, it was really just a place to rest our heads because there was so much to see in Paris! It was great central location, close to the metro with a straight connection to the Louvre. It felt safe to walk at night and with a few nice cafes nearby for a nice breakfast!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travellers who aren't expecting anything fancy. It's perfect if you just need a place to sleep. The staff were great, the rooms were ok, location was excellent and i'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed three nights recently in this very handy hotel. Nice and clean, with good facilities, overlooking a small square. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and there is an excellent bistro on the corner a few yards away. Also the Metro is close by, making this a very convenient base for exploring Paris. A very good inexpensive hotel altogether.

Good clean hotel in quiet area ,receptionist speak english ,good walking distance to all attractions or you can take a metro easily. We had very hot weather during our stay so kept fen go all night long.To Louvre is 30 min walk ,Eiffel tower 45 min .You can get lost easy so take a map and cross small streets so you can save your time and feet.We took metro only once on the evening cos we have been interesting to see all Parisian streets and bakerys .

Room Tip: don't now all rooms pretty small and basic but you just sleep there any?

Safe and located at a silent place of Montholon (along Rue La Fayette). Hotel employees were helpful, close to Poissoniere metro station. But the bed was very uncomfortable especially after a tiresome Paris day! I think they have to change with new ones... Anyway not bad for the price, i can recommend it...
