“Great location!”
Reviewed February 22, 2013

We arrived at this hotel quite late but it wasn't a problem we checked in straight away. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was easy to find and only a few minutes walk from Cadet metro. The room was quite small and the ensuite was a little dirty but the price was cheap so that didn't really matter! We didn't spend much time at the hotel, it was really just a place to rest our heads because there was so much to see in Paris! It was great central location, close to the metro with a straight connection to the Louvre. It felt safe to walk at night and with a few nice cafes nearby for a nice breakfast!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travellers who aren't expecting anything fancy. It's perfect if you just need a place to sleep. The staff were great, the rooms were ok, location was excellent and i'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed three nights recently in this very handy hotel. Nice and clean, with good facilities, overlooking a small square. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and there is an excellent bistro on the corner a few yards away. Also the Metro is close by, making this a very convenient base for exploring Paris. A very good inexpensive hotel altogether.

Good clean hotel in quiet area ,receptionist speak english ,good walking distance to all attractions or you can take a metro easily. We had very hot weather during our stay so kept fen go all night long.To Louvre is 30 min walk ,Eiffel tower 45 min .You can get lost easy so take a map and cross small streets so you can save your time and feet.We took metro only once on the evening cos we have been interesting to see all Parisian streets and bakerys .

Room Tip: don't now all rooms pretty small and basic but you just sleep there any?

Safe and located at a silent place of Montholon (along Rue La Fayette). Hotel employees were helpful, close to Poissoniere metro station. But the bed was very uncomfortable especially after a tiresome Paris day! I think they have to change with new ones... Anyway not bad for the price, i can recommend it...

This hotel is a hotel nothing more nothing less. Not impressed with the wifi connection and the staff did not really seem to care. A Balgarian woman seemed great though only saw her once. We walked about 10 mins to timhotel and let me tell ya I don't know how William hotel is a 3 star? It was hot with no air conditioning and in comparison to where we are now I don't know how they stay in business unless they prey on the confused visiting Paris :( shame on you

Room Tip: Do not stay in rooms 60-61 or on the 5/6 floor, the wifi does not work and no one cares!

The hotel is located quite conveniently; about 15 min walk from Gare du Nord (along rue la fayette), not to mention it is closed to metro station Cadet. Walking to Louvre is about 40 min. The neighbourhood is quite calm and quiet. A supermarket in 200 meters, and a couple of bistros.
The room is tidy and cozy. It has a flat screen tv and a safe. The bath room (with bath) is clean and big (tip to the hotel owner: a shower curtain would be preferred). The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the room is not bad for the price we paid.
