Located on a lovely quiet street surrounded by restaurants, patisseries, etc. Less than 5 minute walk to nearest metro station then a short train ride to all the tourist sites. Staff were helpful and friendly (compared to many French people we encountered elsewhere). Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast served in a lovely little restaurant with outdoor area for good weather days.
My best tip to any travelers to Paris is learn a little French before you go. Most locals do not attempt to help you if you are speaking English - this includes staff at metro stations and restaurants
