This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. It was a very well proportioned room, with excellent facilities. Breakfast is served in the restaurant for an extra 12 Euros, there were plenty of choices and the staff were very helpful.
The local metro station is 'Blanche' which is only 5 minutes walk around the corner, very accessible.
There is a roof terrace on the 8th floor which gives good views of Paris, and is well worth viewing.
My only criticism is there are a large members of the vagrant type community that congregate in the area outside the hotel and can be heard shouting and breaking bottles, which causes much personal annoyance owing to the time of night. The hotel is not at fault, just these noisy people.
