“Great location and value”

Well located apartments, suitable for business as well as family trips. Particularly convenient for longer stays as the rooms are spacious compared to Paris standards. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The metro is within walking distance and plenty of taxi's are available just outside. Lots of eating places within a short walk from the hotel. Although the rooms were clean and had all amenities, it would be better if the carpets were replaced by wooden floors as the carpets had some stains. If you are a non smoker, ask for the non smoking floors.

I have spent three nights at this hotel in September 2012.
The room was OK, except for a few scars in the carpet.
I had a nice view over the Boulevard Haussmann, but little traffic noise. (In addition, it was a short walk to my client’s office.)
Breakfast was OK.
However, when I checked out I wanted to pay with a credit card. The reader displayed a communications error, but the receptionist refused to accept that they had a problem. Instead, I had to run to an ATM (50 m down the street), withdraw some cash and return to the hotel. They could not even give me change – I had to go through my pockets to put the exact amount on the counter.
I will never stay there again!

In between the Champs Elysee and the Galeries Lafayette, all walking distance. And with all the public transportation you may possibly need just meters from the hotel door. The reception is comfortable, even if the staff are not too happy to see you, and hidden at the mezzanine there a business centre with a few computers. Free Wifi all across the building, and it works. The room was at a high floor, with a nice view over the boulevard, but very quiet. It was a mini apartment, well appointed and extremely modern; the kitchen could actually be used (we did the first night, but only because of our jet lag), but who would in Paris? The bathroom is a jewell.
All in all a very good and inexpensive, all considered, choice.

I stayed here for 5 nights in a studio apartment. The room was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the street. I booked this room while they were offering 50% off and feel I got excellent value for the price I paid. The Accor chain loyalty card is free and can get you good discounts.

The bed was large and comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space to spread out and settle in. The bathroom was incredible - spacious, bright, and clean and I loved the eco-friendly bath products. Staff were very friendly and helpful - the manager provided prompt assistance on a number of occasions when I had questions about the apartment's amenities. For those who have had issues with the staff, I suggest you learn some basic French. Effort goes a long way in Paris. There are several supermarkets nearby and I loved that it's easy walking distance to the Champs-Elysees.

I agree with others that the rooms are in need of renovating, particularly the carpets. Incidentally, the room directly across the hall had the carpet replaced during our stay, so it seems they are attending to this issue. I also concur that the no-cleaning policy makes zero sense. As long as you realize that you can take out your own garbage and recycling to the hallway collection area, it's not really a big deal. I do wish the garbage bins were larger.

The kitchenette in the studio was more than adequate for cooking. I had difficulty figuring out how to use the hob - you have to set the timer that is either above it or on the panel above the dishwasher in order for this to function. The only thing I felt was lacking in the kitchen was an additional towel so that there was one for hands and one for drying dishes.

We used the wifi and it was fast and reliable for the most part. It was annoying to sign up again every 24 hours, but you can't really complain when it's free.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I suggest heading to the Eric Kayser boulangerie on Blvd Malesherbes, just a short walk from the hotel.

Be sure to note your surroundings once you arrive, so you can find the building again! It isn't obvious if you aren't looking for the sign. If I hadn't seen the Adagio sign from the intersection as we walked from the train that first day, I would have walked by it for sure. The sign was actually just outside our room and was never illuminated during our stay, even at night.

This hotel is highly recommended, but get a good deal until they renovate the rooms.

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent, 10 minutes walk away from the Champs Élysées.

The apartment itself was great with a large comfortable bed in a really clean room. There is also a small kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher all of which is adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was also large and clean with a decent shower over the bath.

Staff were always friendly and helped with directions when needed.

In summary, we didn't want to leave and will definitely use this hotel again when we return.

It's quite a simple but functional hotel to stay. Don't expect luxuries. However all you need is there, even a little kitchen and a little area where you can prepare and have breakfast, lunch or whatever before going or continuing sightseeing in this amazing city. It gives you the opportunity of not having to spend much money on restaurants if your budget is short, your family is big or whatever reason. Clean and neat. Polite staff.
