I ordered lamb shank, which is a tough and gelatinous cut that is delicious with several hours cooking. Sadly, this was not what had happened here. It was very rare in the middle, tough and chewy. I love rare meat if it is good quality, but not rare lamb shank. I complained - they said they could cook it perfectly in a few minutes. I disagreed but gave them the benefit of the doubt. It came back still rare, and still tough, so I gave up and ate the chips and salad (which were both very good). Despite the fact that I told them it had been inedible they still expected me to pay. Won't be going there again.
