This is a tough one. If you visit any city in the world with a river cruise you should take one. Paris is certainly no exception, there is much to see on the Seine in Paris. This company leaves from one of the easiest places to get to, the Pont St. Michel right in the middle of central Paris, near public transit. The ship has comfortable seating and the staff is extremely pleasant. However, if you are looking for detailed narrative of the sights and a filling meal, this is not the cruise, not sure if there is one that does everything. This one points out Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tour, me thinks one can figure this out by oneself? The "meal" was more like micro tapas, tasty but without a few rolls of bread, one leaves hungry. The desserts were delicious, also very small, coffee, tea and orange juice were also served. Also the air conditioning was minimal with all the doors open and with the glass roof, for sightseeing, don't travel on a really HOT day, or you will COOK. Minimal outside space, but available. Knowing all this, make your own decision, normal cruise or a lunch or dinner cruise!

Booked this meal for our anniversary treat, and unfortunately We started our trip with a problem,...the mooring of the boat had moved and the instructions to tell us this had happened had not been updated in English, and with our limited French we didn't work out what the French instruction said until after we had missed the boat - departing at the other side of Paris.
As we had booked for the early evening meal we took a chance and made our way across Paris for the later departure time. We were not disappointed, by the customer service or our welcome, and were able to take the later trip without any problem.
Our meal was wonderful, very tasty and enjoyable. Both choices of the main course equally as good.
We loved the informality of the cute little tables and glad we didnt pay double to go on one of the more formal well known boat trip.
Would definalty recommend this cruise to anyone going to Paris, and we are every in Paris again we would go again.

We booked this cruise for the evening of Bastille Day- it was fantastic! Great service, good food, beautiful views. This was an extra special cruise due to the holiday. The boat stopped at the Eiffel Tower for the fireworks, which were outstanding.

The music was kind of funny- 1980's romantc stuff sung by a solo singer accomanied by recorded music. He had a good voice and so we just decided it was fun. Don't know if a regular cruise would include him or not... All in all lots of fun.

The site Groupon proposed a major discount (49€ for 2 people)so, even though we live in Paris , we decided to treat ourselves to an original form of Sunday brunch which included a plate of salted appertizers + foie gras , followed by a plate of sweet pastries and " viennoiseries" to wash down with orange juice, tea or coffee and a 1/2 bottle of champagne for two. We expected more to eat, but the treat was the view of Paris! The 90 minute cruise on the Seine left from the right bank blvd du Palais (near Metro Saint Michel) at 1:00 P.M and covered the same route as the larger tourist boats on the Seine.Although a bit cramped, the club armchairs face the Seine and we had a great time.
Tourists and Parisians alike will enjoy this trip. You can also reserve on the internet site of Paris sur Scene which organizes dinner cruises as well. Try to get the usual promotional discount . If not advertised , ask them for it when you reserve.

We were booked in for the cruise due to board at 9.30 pm and leave at 9.45pm, but the boat was late returning from the previously cruise by 30 mins, and so once all those guests had disembarked and the crew had reset everything it was actually just after 10pm before we were even allowed to board. There wasn't really any apology for being so late and holding us up.

Then when we handed out reservation over it wasn't checked properly and even though we paid for the higher package we were served as though we'd only paid for the lower one. It wasn't until we looked at our receipt that we realised their mistake, by which point starters had been served, which they initially didn't give us and we weren't given our half bottle of champagne each we paid
for. We made them aware of their mistake and they were fairly quick to correct it by giving us starter and champagne, but had run out of the priority seats and so our view was not as good.

The food was good, and fair size portions. Starters was served as soon as the cruise started. We did feel a little rushed, but this could have been due to the fact that they were running so behind, but still it was one course on top of the other.

It was an ok cruise for what you pay for, it is t really something you'd dress up for. We were a little let down by the organisation of it all.

Dear Sir, thanks for your visit and for the comment you sent. Please accept our apology for the late arrival of the boat for your cruise. The evening of your cruise we had been caught into a heavy trafic on the Seine River, where overtaking is restricted. Some times if one single boat has a problem, the schedule of all the other boats can affected. Sorry also for the starter we forgot. We have launched Paris en Scene in 2009 with the idea of making dinner cruises more accessible to customers, with prices starting at 39€/pers., 3 to 4 deprtures every day, comfortable leather armchairs, and only window-seats to enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Seine from wherever one is seated. As the concept is brand new we had to put together new process and organizations. 100% reliability is what we are aiming at. We really hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you on board next time you visit Paris and be up to your expectations.
