We've been there to try the hot chocolate as it is supposed to be the best hot chocolate in Paris.

We went there on a cold winter morning, just during the last snow storm in Paris.

Honestly it was perfect. The hot chocolate, is just fantastic!

One tips: Go first for the hot chocolate and ask after for a dessert or something sweet to go with it, as the hot chocolate is really filling.

I heard of this Tea House from the gorgeous book "Paris- A guide to the city's creative heart" (A damn good guide to Paris I must say!) which as quoted "hot chocolate worth flying to Paris for" and boy oh boy was it good! It looked wonderful, was rich in flavour & texture! Went down a treat! The desserts looked stunning and tasted fantastic. Decor was classic french and beautiful, unfortunately didn't get to try there savoury selection of meals. Service was friendly and attentive(who said the french are rude?). That hot chocolate is forever imprinted in my memory! A must try :)

Wonderful cafe with real Belle Epoch feel. If you have a concierge at your hotel who will book for you - do so! We queued for 40 mins to sit down, we did get to sit downstairs which my god daughter told me she hadn't managed before - apparently that's the most sought after location! It was lovely and the pastries and chocolate were stunning.

Had a very nice Mille Filleuxe pastry at the Versaille Palace outlet, then stopped at the Rivoli branch couple of days later for Tea, Chaud Chocolat, and sandwich.

Drinks and Pastries very good, but sandwich nothing to write home about.

A bit expensive, but then so are alot of places in Paris....

Would go back again for their Mille....tried the Montblanc, but think the Mille rocks. Again quite pricey (8Euro for sit in).

I say, visit or at least try one of their pastries and compare to others in Paris.

We went to the one in Chateau Versailles, the one in Le Louvre for lunch, and we had breakfast in the one on the Rue de Rivoli. The queues are terrible here so we also had takeaways as we were staying in a hotel next door. Good service, good quality food, delicious cakes of all kinds and flavours but you pay the price. I think we spent about £150 altogether but it was worth it. We started a diet when we came back home!!!!.
