What a fantastic day trip to the Loire Valley! Brice is a wonderful tour guide and provided a truly unique experience visiting a goat cheese farm, two family wineries, and the town of Sancerre, as well as several great photo spots. Lunch was lovely at a local restaurant, with delicious food and wine. We enjoyed the time to explore the town a bit on our own before heading back to Paris. As others have mentioned, it’s a couple hours drive to/from Paris, and it was well worth it! We can’t wait to go back and try the tour to Champagne!

Absolutely incredible experience and by far the best tour we booked in our entire trip to Europe. An absolute must do. Brice was our tour guide who picked us up at the meeting location and guided us the entire day. Let me just say that the entire experience was made exceptional by Brice himself. Brice showed the true embodiment of hospitality and we couldn’t speak highly enough of him. Brice is incredibly passionate and a wealth of knowledge not just to sparkling wine but to French history. The day was spent full of adventurous discovery and tad bits of little surprises of historical visits coupled with French history between tours of champagne houses. Brice was more than welcoming to my partner and I whom started the tour with very limited knowledge of champagne and was eager to provide us with a lovely educational process. Brice has picked breath taking champagne tours that take you all the way from vast and large production houses to small and intimate champagne production houses that produce very limited stock per year all produced fully organic and locally. The perfect blend of champagne house tours. Do not hesitate on booking this. We will remain forever grateful for this experience. Thank you Brice!

My husband and I took Brice's champagne tasting tour as the second day of our 3 days visiting Paris, and it was the best guided tour either of us have ever been on. I could not recommend it enough! Beyond just being a tasting tour (although we did taste many, many champagnes!), Brice really creates a full day experience that gave us a wonderful sense of French culture, food, and history. In between touring 3 champagne houses and cellars, we saw the stunning (and historically significant) cathedral in Reims, visited a local bakery, had an amazing 3 course lunch, saw the church and resting place of Dom Perignon (the monk), and a local WWI cemetery. In touring the champagne houses, Brice did a great job picking 3 of different sizes and styles, so we see how different makers produce today (and taste the results!). He was impressively knowledgeable not only about the styles and tasting differences, but also about the history, production methods, and business side of the region and industry. This tour really delivered on its promise of being an intimate way to experience the French countryside, culture, and food / wine, and we can't wait to take one of their other tour options next time we are back in Paris!

My friends and I truly loved the Sancerre wine tour with Brice! This was an amazing tour and worth the money! You get out of Paris and see some beautiful bits of French countryside. And the wine is great, of course! It's an absolutely wonderful day! It was everything I hoped it would be and more.

The longer version if you want more details:
I had a little bit of trouble initially booking the tour just due to my credit card blocking the charge and then not correctly unblocking. I used the contact info on the tour website to get help and Brice responded very quickly and helped me get everything booked and straightened out. He also made sure I received some tour day info via email, which originally had been undeliverable. So I'd say the communication and responsiveness was really great even before the tour itself.
The tour is a long day - but worth it! Definitely follow the recommendations to dress in layers. Depending on the time of year (we went mid-October) it will be dark when you leave and dark when you get back to Paris. Recommend bringing whatever you need to be comfortable being gone all day (e.g., earbuds or book for some of the driving time, water, power brick to charge your phone, etc.).
The tour guide, Brice, does everything. He's your tour guide, driver, and translator (when needed) and he is perfection! He clearly loves what he's doing and is knowledgeable about the area and the wines. It is obvious he's put a good bit of work into finding just the right places to include in the tour. There were a couple of great photo stops. The goat cheese farm was really interesting and there were baby goats to pet (who doesn’t love baby goats?!). Lunch was delicious! There is some free time to wander through a wine museum and then back through the cute little town itself. Both of the family wineries were excellent choices because they highlighted different types of operations. I learned a lot and really, really enjoyed meeting the winemakers and drinking their delicious wine!
