Pleasant and timely tour guide who hand selected wineries that produced great wines and were accommodating and friendly.
We had a great lunch and the wineries were generous with their time and pours.

Brice provided us with a magical day filled with history, culture, and visits to three wonderful champagne houses. His passion for his home country of France and love of Champagne was evident. I highly recommend taking the trip to the countryside of France and learn why champagne is such a fine wine enjoyed by connoisseurs.
We absolutely loved this trip! Each stop was so special. We loved trying the goat cheese at the farm and bought some for us to have later. Our Pouilly Fume winery with Clement was something we'll never forget and felt very one of a kind experience. And our Sancerre winery had us try 8 wines which were spectacular! And the Sancerre museum is such a delight. Brice was the best and kindest guide. Next time we're in France we'll want to go on a tour with him to Champagne!
Would definitely recommend this tour. Pickup was at Porte D'Orleans which is fairly well accessible from anywhere in central Paris by way of car, taxi, or public transport. From there, it is only a few short moments before you leave the hustle/bustle/traffic of Paris and are on highways with beautiful views of the French countryside.
We were particularly impressed with the experience that Brice provided on this excursion. The group consisted of persons with a variety of wine knowledge, but Brice adeptly managed to cater to the various questions and ensure that all persons were engaged. Two wineries were included on this tour, both family owned and showcasing relatively traditional methods of wine making in the Sancerre region. On a personal note, Brice was friendly, witty, and had no difficulties translating the English nuances that we use so casually ....
We had a most memorable experience at Normandy. Walking on the beach (barefoot), collecting sand in a small bottle given by Brice, and of course all the crosses and stars. It was so calm.
Our lunch in a wine shop was charming and delicious.
The final stop at the Calvados distillery was a perfect end to an amazing day.
Best day of the whole trip to France! We had a wonderful tour with Brice! He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the history and intricate facets of wine making. We got to tour 2 wine makers with tastings of their fantastic wine. We also got to tour a goat cheese farm which was amazing and delicious! I also love that this tour supports small businesses. Highly recommend!! Don't miss out on this addition to your trip to France!
