We had a wonderful day with Brice in Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. We always show up early for events and Brice was early to meet us. The van we travelled in was comfortable and Brice made sure that the temperature worked for all. From the moment we started Brice was helpful, kind, welcoming and informative. He did a great job explaining what we would be doing in advance and was well informed about all the places we went and experiences we had. The stop at the goat farm was a nice addition to wine tasting and the tastings were great! We loved seeing Sancerre and having the time to walk around a bit. The day was well worth the time and expense and we are so very glad that we did it!

Our guide Brice was the best! We also now consider friends those we toured with. Enjoyed the small size of the group and all the accommodations including breakfast provided by the guide. Cathedral Reims began our attention to the local history from WW1 era. Rose biscuits and a flexible schedule in Reims were a treat. Pommery in Epernay May have been the highlight with the chalk caves an art installations inside. A vegan lunch option was so much appreciated. Castellane offered details about champagne making process. Joseph Debruetes in Hautevilliers was an opportunity like none other. The small family run house will be part of my memories forever! Viewing the countryside and a visit to to burial site of Dom Perignon and WW1 soldiers capped off the day.

It truly was a memorable, delightful day. One for the books! Brice was such a terrific, caring tour guide. The drive was so comfortable and pleasant in the minivan. The stop for breakfast with croissants, pain au chocolat, and cafe was helpful to review the day's activities. First stop was the goat farm and learning all about making goat cheese - then sampling the delicious Chavignol fromages! Yummy! There was time to shop the little store, buy cheeses, and visit with the goats. The farm has about 700 very friendly goats.

We stopped at two wineries in the Loire Valley to learn about Pouilly Fume (first stop) and Sancerre (blanc and rouge on the second stop). Very nice to interact with the vintners and ask questions about the process. A short lunch stop in the village of Sancerre was pleasant and a tour of the small village and Sancerre wine museum. It was very fun and informative. Time to taste plentifully and be cared for by our most outstanding guide, Brice. He was so very attentive, and you never felt rushed or not included. He is such a pleasant and agreeable fellow.

The conversations in the van were very interesting and lively. The entire experience (long, 12-hour day) was so worth the investment of time and money. Thank you to Brice for a day we will long remember! It's truly all about making memories and keeping on learning!

It was an excellent experience with rich culture of wine making and tasting wine( of course!). This was an occasion to discuss directly with the wine maker.

My wife and I did a full day Champagne tour with Brice, very knowledgeable and an excellent driver as well, starting with a comfortable ride through the beautiful countryside to the town of Hautvilliers for a small Champagne house (Fernand Lemaire) tour and tasting. After that had a great lunch in Epernay at Why Not which offered vegetarian options as well, a necessity for us. After lunch we walked about five minutes to Moet & Chandon for a top-tier small group (three couples) tour and tasting. In addition to information on Champagne, from growing the grapes, tending and harvesting/making Champagne, Brice also provided information on the few World War I sites we passed along the way. Overall, this was the best one day private wine tour we have ever experienced, our highest recommendation.
