“lovely host, decent area, pleasant stay!”
Reviewed December 7, 2013

I really felt at ease staying at Domingo's. This is the very opposite of impersonal, rather formal hotels with receptions, breakfast times and all this: exactly what I was looking for. The room is bigger than most hotel rooms, comfortable with a nice huge balcony full of plants. The entire flat is nicely and individually equipped with colourful paintings and other things to look at, I love this! The atmosphere is really relaxed and natural. I came back for another stay and would do so anytime, merci pour tout et à la prochaine !

Staying at Domingo Rooms was a good deal. The neighborhood was great, little shops and cafés were just down the street. Walking distance to some of the sightseeing. The host is very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, but it does lack privacy since the available toilet is shared.

We stayed in the studio apartment in 2009. The location was amazing for the location. Walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre, great restaurants, shops. We look for clean, basic, safe, quiet accommodations when we travel. We don't spend much time in the room so don't like to pay for hotels with amenities. We will be back!!

If you want to feel the real atmosphere of Paris, Domingo Rooms is the best choice! Nice rooms, each of them has a fireplace and access to the balcony. Domingo, the owner, has a great taste in decor, it seemed like all pieces of the interior were in exactly right place. I also liked jazz quietly playing 24 hours in the living room, boheme! Free and fast wifi is also big plus. Location is perfect, close to the walking street where you can go for restaurants or just pick up croissant in the morning. Easy to get from airport and easy to get all sights. Highly recommended!

Even though Domingo wasn't well, he made sure we had a comfortable stay. The best part is its location, it is in the centre of Paris.
We would definitely like to go again. Though the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable

We had the pleasure of staying with Domingo last August. It was the warmest weekend that year, and we really enjoyed having one long balcony filled with flowers around our corner room. We sat there in the morning with our espresso coffee and homemade bread looking over to the centre Pompidou. Just amazing. Domingo was hospitable, home when we arrived, and we could have our sutecases until 16.00 on our day of departure. Super service. It isn't a fancy room, but it was a wonderful experience to be staying in our "own" apartment in the middle of Paris.

This place is in a great location. In the heart of Marias district, 10 minute walk to Les Halles which is the main hub for the Metro and RER train system, 15 minute walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and River Seine. Its about 1 hour walk to the Eiffel Tower or 15 minutes by bike or train. When we arrived Domingo was away but he organised for us to drop our bag of early in the morning with another resident of the building. Domingo was warm, friendly and helpful about all things Paris. If you are looking at staying here it is not the Hilton Hotel, but its clean, homely and big enough to call home in Paris for a few days.
