Though we have visited Paris on several previous occasions, this was the first time that we had the opportunity to go to the Musee de l' Armee des Invalides. It is a very large museum that includes military history, artwork, armaments and information that is very comprehensive and informative. It also contains Eglise Saint-Louis a lovely church that is connected to the large rotunda where Napoleon Bonaparte is entombed, as well as other historical figures, including Napoleon's brother. Of course there were throngs of other tourists, but we very much enjoyed our time at the Musee de l'Armee des Invalides. So much information, so little time...
