The location, right in the middle of the Marais, is great you re close to the centre pompidou and the there are a lot of bars and restaurant in the neighborhood, jewish food in rue des rosiers only 2 minutes away and great shopping in rue des franc bourgois/ rue vielle du Temple around the corner. The hotel is very nice, cool and belongs to the same group as the bigger( more expensive) Hotel Costes). Decoration is very warm , cosy and relaxing
The room are incredibly tinny, even the deluxe one are so small that when you open the door the bed is already in the way, there is no space for luggage storage and you cannot really move around basically there is just a bed, a tv and the bathroom ( size ok). There is no restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is in the basement but there is no choice if you order it you get a selection of bred and fruits but cannot chose anything else. The rooms are very dark , there is no light on the ceiling and it's not possible to read . The hotel feels nice and trendy and if you re alone and don't spend much time in the hotel then it might be fine but I for 2 the rooms are really to small. Internet ( wifi ) is free but not stable. Prices ( around 230 Euro) are too high...The location, right in the middle of the Marais, is great you re close to the centre pompidou and the there are a lot of bars and restaurant in the neighborhood, jewish food in rue des rosiers only 2 minutes away and great shopping in rue des franc bourgois/ rue vielle du Temple around the corner.
