This hotel saved the day!!!

I found this hotel using the Hotel Tonight app after a horrible experience at the Hotel Georgette. Hotel Bourg Tibourg had the best service I've ever experienced at any hotel. The room was small as all Paris rooms are but they are clean and charming. The location of this hotel is also perfectly situated in the Marais and central to everything that I love about Paris. The subway is very close as well. I hope to stay in this hotel on my next trip. The elevator is a bit small but at least they have one!

Room tip: We had a room facing the street and it was a bit loud but not too bad. I didn't mind it much. Just something to note if you are a light sleeper. Our room was on the 5th floor and had a very cute small table and 2 chairs on the outside of the window.

Classy, stylish - Paris!!!

I booked the Bourg Tibourg after a recommendation from a work colleague. We caught the train to Paris from London and found the hotel to be a quick $12 Euro taxi ride from the station.

The hotel itself is delicate, stunningly appointed and what I can only imagine is classicly Paris. I was absolutely thrilled with our room. While small - it was just exquisitely furnished, the bathroom was gorgeous (bathrooms are important to me!) and it made our stay in Paris!!!

The location of the hotel is very central - with cafes, shops and sites within a few minutes walking distance.

The staff were so helpful and polite, which after a few days in Paris, I appreciated even more given we could not speak French. The recommended that we dine at their sister hotel the Hotel Costes - definitely plan this into your trip - the hotel and food was outstanding.

I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Great value for money too!

Tiny Rooms, bigger bathrooms and very high quality

The rooms and hallway were small but well done. The bathrooms were not at tiny as the bed rooms, but everything was high quality and clean. The common areas were very cozy and well done, and the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

best of all is the location, in the heart of the Marais.

Being nowadays the cultural and historical heart of the city, the Marais used to be the medieval center of Paris, thus the buildings and streets are tinier than in other Parisian neighborhoods. However this specificity also creates this special warmth and intimate feeling you find no where else and our team's concern is to make you feel as an insider so you can get the best out of its charms and ambiance.

Now this is Paris!

I stumbled in with my daughter after a shocking night in a hotel in St Germain begging for help from that moment on the team at this divine small hotel for the next 14 nights spoilt us rotten and with their advice and wonderful warm manner opened doors we would never have found.... Shops restaurants and an evening massage experience I shall dream about forever! Next time I'll be there with my husband for what I know will be another wonderful spoil by these truly professional and warm team. Perfection! Thank you to you all for making our time so blissful

Room tip: Loved the street front rooms, the perfect place to hear And watch the energy of Paris.

Tibourg Staff is Great!!!!

My family just returned from Paris, what a great location and amazing service. The Marais area is the perfect place to stay, the hotel is just a five minute walk from the Notre Dame and the Seine River. Great restaurants, ice cream and wonderful bread. Aurore and Sandrine were wonderful, pleasant and extremely helpful. These ladies made our stay fantastic. They reserved a extra long bed for me, I booked two rooms. They made sure that my children (three) had plenty of space, and did everything that they could to make our stay great! Be sure to walk to the Rue Saint-Louis on the I'lle St. Louis and have the best ice cream in the world at Berthilon! ( Right behind Notre Dame).
If you like antique shopping, the metro Chatelet is a 7 minute walk, take the 4 line to Porte de Clignancourt (last stop), walk about .3 of a mile and from Friday to Monday you will have the greatest antique shopping in the world.

Room tip: Choose a room on the highest floor against the courtyard, if possible. Rue du Bourg Tibourg is a lively late night street.
