“a gem”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

having been to Paris several times and the major attractions already covered, we could pick and choose. Happily, we chose the Jacquemart-Andre as one of 2 museums we visited during our 2 day stay in Paris. It was well worth the subway ride. The mansion is beautiful with a very interesting collection. The tea room looked like a nice place to have lunch, but unfortunately, everyone else thought the same. Luckily, we were very close to many other nice eateries.

“a definite visit in Paris”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

I have travelled to Paris many times over the past 20 year but unfortunately had never visited this wonderful museum. What a wonderful and new surprise in a beautiful city. We commenced our visit with a very pleasant lunch in the restaurant. The museum is beautiful and very well organised. It was a pleasure to walk thought and listen to the professionally compiled audio guide. And the security guards also smiled. Highly recommended.

“Wonderful house, good museum”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

I really liked this museum. The house is beautiful. Not on my top lists of museums but if you have time to do it well worth the trip. I wasn't too crazy about the exposition that is going on with the Venice paintings though. Beautiful house. Really fun to have tea and see the museum.
