Went to Paris for the first time. We stayed at Le Tourville for a week with a group of 8.
Staff: Loved them!
Staff was very accomondating and most spoke very good english.
They were always there to help us make arrangements for any type of excursion we could plan.
They were very helpful with directions regarding how to get around the city as well.
They seemed genuinely glad to have us staying at thier hotel.

The location: Excellent!
In a great safe & clean part of Paris with lots of shoppes and Cafes. Le Rue Cler and St Dominque were nearby gems for shopping and eating. Metro 1 block away as well as busses.
Walk to Eiffel Tower,The Siene, The Rodin, Musee D'Orsay, Napoleon's Tomb. Short Metro to Louvre and Notre Dome. Actually walked to Notre Dome one day. Luxemburg not far either. Short walk or bus ride to the Champs.de Elysee.

Rooms: Clean & Comfortable!
We all 8 slept very well. I do think having rooms on 3rd floor or above is preferable. My husband & I were bumped to the 6th floor junior suite when they sold out of king bed set ups on our arrival. It was amazing!

Note: The hotel by american standards is small - but if you look around that is how it's done in Paris. Somewhat of an adjustment. We didnt spend much time at the hotel so really not an issue. Some hotels we passed did not even have lobby. Hotel Le Tourville has a small Lobby at least where the 8 of our group would gather and meet each morning and nite. There are cocktails for purchase there when you are waiting. We did not use the optional continental breakfast. 16E is a lot when your on the move and a pastry and take away cup are preferred and less expensive. If you ask they may sell you the coffee or tea individually. I was able to procure hot tea one night when I was not feeling so well. Charge was 5E. Reasonable for Paris.
Paris is expensive. Need to get over that too.

Room Tip: Recommend 3rd floor and above. My husband and I were bumped to junior suite room 62 when all king ac...

This is our third night here at the hotel and while showering, the shower chair my husband was sitting on broke off of the wall. One of the screws that had been holding it to the wall tore a 3 inch long gash in his back. He's lucky he didn't need stitches and we came with a well prepared first aid kit (complete with quickclot to stop the bleeding). When we notified the hotel staff, their main concern seemed to be fixing the chair. They asked if we needed antiseptic wipes when the real question should've been if he needed a doctor. They insisted it had been installed correctly and had never been an issue before, but my husband knows construction and it clearly wasn't mounted to a structural support. Just so we're clear, he only weighs 190 lbs so it shouldn't have been an issue of too much weight on the chair. The staff was rude and unsympathetic and basically blamed us for what happened. If we hadn't already paid for the next couple nights in advanced, we would be packing for a new hotel right now.

Spent 4 nights at Le Tourville Hotel in the 7th, a short walk from the Tour Eiffel and many other historic landmarks in Paris. This is a great location for someone who likes to "walk the city" or is a metro rider. The hotel is spotless and the staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to Le Tourville, or another Inwood property, on my future trips to Paris.

Room Tip: Pick a room on a higher floor.

My daughter and I stayed here in late March for 5 nights and we were extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff spoke English and called restaurants make our dinner reservations nightly. Excellent location right by the metro and room was clean and had free wifi. Would definitely return to this hotel.

We were given a downstairs room initially but it was very noisy; we could hear people running up the stairs all night and we could hear toilets flushing/ pipes running with water. We got no sleep at all on this night. We asked to be moved; we were moved to a lovely upstairs room. Quite spacious for Paris, cleaners were excellent, nice decor. The staff were fantastic! They booked us dinner reservations, helped us understand the metro and spoke very good English! We would stay again, but not on the ground floor! :-)

Overall we were generally pleased with our four night stay at this hotel. Location was good, very close to metro. Room was small but clean. Free wifi and breakfast included in our package. Front desk staff was courteous and spoke English well.

We stopped at this hotel for just one night as part of our Paris Honeymoon last week and we found it to be quiet, very comfortable and brilliantly located to explore the area around the tower, Les Invalides and the Seine. There are brilliant restaurants (Bistro St Dominique), patisseries (Patisserie Les Invalides) and coffee shops (Coutume) close by. We particularly recommend visiting the tower at night, the last lift is about 11ish and it was very magical even in the pouring rain!

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor are quiet but have no view.
