Like many travelers, I've always found Paris hotel rooms tiny and terribly expensive. Castille is the exception!
First location- next to Chanel on Rue Cambon off Rue St. Honore. It's a lovely area- a few blocks from the Ritz, the Louvre, the Tuileries. The hotel is a small, but not too small boutique hotel. It has an upscale, established feel without taking itself too seriously. The first greeting at the front desk set the tone for our visit. Every staff member from the reception ti the restaurant to housekeeping was so well trained and friendly but very professional.
The room - we paid for a junior suite- it was so lovely- canopied bed, desk area- lounge chairs , flat screen tv -
The bathroom was white marble with a wonderfully deep bathtub and large
double sink area. There was plenty of room for hanging your clothing too.
The restaurant and courtyard where they served brunch was absolutely lively. We ate inside and out- lived both! The brunch
Offered everything you could want and more! My favorite- eggs, smoked salmon, fabulous fruits and cheeses and if course- fabulous croissants and pastries! I will run back to Castille as soon as possible!

I booked this hotel at luxurylink for 4 nights in the Suite and upon checking in, I realized the room is just a regular deluxe. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the package and the hotel location is very convenient to shopping and museums. I had some trouble during our stay with their ongoing renovation. One day, our hallway smelled so bad, i couldn't stay there for over 1 sec from the strong paint. Also we had no internet for over 1 day and that really disrupted our travel plan as we couldn't look at restaurant information or emails.

Our concierge booked us a michelin star restaurant on the same day and we really appreciated that. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but we would try elsewhere our next visit.

Excellent Boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Lovely rooms and excellent service. We felt it was value for money spent. Reception staff were very helpful and assisted in every possible way. Will definitely return to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here on business Aug 3-7, 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed this small but charming, hotel with rooms that faced an inner courtyard with fountain. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and it is close to business, shopping and tourist locations. There were two metro stops within a 5 minute walk The only downside was the rooms were a bit small.

As mentioned by another reviewer it is not 5 star but it is 4.5 star. Overall it is a very charming, user-friendly boutique hotel which aims to please, so well done to the staff. The real win here however is the location and you can walk to most central attractions. Will return to this hotel at the drop of a hat.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a courtyard facing room on a higher floor so no noise at all. The rooms are small but that would be the case in many Paris hotels with this great of a location. We were out most of the time so we never really felt an issue with this. You could upgrade to a larger size room (we had the superior which is the standard room). The hotel is located in the middle of the high end shopping area of Paris (similar to Madison/5th Avenue in NYC). The nice part is that it is on a quiet side street so limited car and pedestrian traffic. Walking distance to the Louvre and many other sites. Probably about a 30 minute walk from almost all of the major sites in the city. Monoprix and Monop very close by (kind of like a Target / Monop is a small convenience store open late around the corner). Paris is expensive so it is nice to be able to pick up some water and other small items. Felt safe walking around the area even after midnight. This is important as finding taxis in Paris can be difficult at times. The concierge (Benoit in particular) were extremely helpful and knowledgable. He even got us reservations to a couple of great places on short notice including L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. We would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I's stay at the Castille during our 3 days in Paris could not have been more delightful. The Hotel's staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Upon checking in, Patricia made sure our room was exactly what we wanted and throughout our stay, the concierge was very knowledgeable in his recommendations for shopping and dining. All of the rooms and the lobby have been recently renovated and are gorgeous. The beds were some of the most comfortable and the bathrooms clean & modern. We were also shocked to see how spacious the closets were, especially in Paris. We enjoyed glasses of wine in the beautiful courtyard two of the nights and each morning indulged in their delicious brunches (which were included in the price of the room). Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. We even left a Kindle in our room and they arranged to have it shipped to our next destination. The Hotel's location is wonderful - secluded enough but also incredibly close to some of the city's most famous sights and convenient transportation. Would recommend to anyone!

Room Tip: Request a room facing the beautiful courtyard, as opposed to the street.
