During all my visits to Paris, I ensure that I spend a couple of hours here, overlooking Champs Elysee. Even when I do not want to stand in queue to take the tickets to go to the top, I would stand at the foyer on the ground and see the traffic passing by.
The view of sunrise and sunset are excellent where you can see La Defance Grand Arch on one side and Concorde on the other. However, the view from the top is breathtaking.
What I missed here was the audio guide which would have been very helpful in understanding the history behind it.
